Location was perfect for the event that we had to attend. Not anywhere close to the center of Seoul, but that was OK. Room was nice, good bed, small but well-stocked CU shop on site. Mostly 'as expected', with free parking on site.

Wi-Fi being charged at 20$ in a room for which the room charge exceeds $200??? In Seoul, in South Korea??? In my 7-years of travel in South Korea I cannot remember a single hotel that ever charged me for using Wi-Fi in my room. Not even the small tourist hotels near the city center do that...no idea where this policy comes from. Of course, there are local solutions to get internet access free of charge, but trying to bill this on the account of 'newcomers' to Korea is really a strange very non-Korean thing to do it seems.

I like it’s really quite place, I needed place like this, I like the crew, they help me, and they are really nice, I like the music every morning, and staying here help me heal a lot

the only thing that I didn’t like is they wake me every day to clean, even if I didn’t ask, they wake me, I really didn’t like that, I wish they just let me sleep as much as I want, cuz I will use don’t disturb me, but still they wake me up very early everyday and I didn’t like it at all.

convenient for a family for longer stays. the suite was large, fully furnished with washer & dryer and full kitchen. the staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

the property maintenance was lacking, the washer leaked. there was no WiFi, no laundry detergent and not close to any subway stops. however, taxi turned out to be surprisingly inexpensive in Seoul. great for my elderly mother.

Great breakfast, very spaceous and comfortable Exec room. Not too hot, not too cold.

Could have more towell rails or at least hooks to hang a towell or shower cap on.

The hotel was built a long time ago, and yet it was kept very nicely.

Only thing is the location that I have to mention but if you don't have any problem with the transportation, this won't bother you.

The aesthetic of the hotel was really nice and had a luxurious like atmosphere.

The bathroom door scraped the ground because the door was too low to the floor

The room I stayed in was spacious compared to similar type rooms in other hotels in Seoul. Free parking for all visitors!

Service and stuff

the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The view from the hotel room was very nice too. And staff were all speaking english and were very helpful and kind. U also have a CVS in the hotel which was great to get a late night snack or drink

Brilliant hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. Its not in the centre of Seoul and hence provides a quite retreat from the bustle of the city.

The gym and pool where still closed due to COVID 19 restrictions, which was shame as they looked impressive
