We stayed in a room with shared bathroom. Room and shared spaces were clean. Location is very central in Hondae district, which is a pleasant neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops and young vibe.

For visiting all tourist attractions in Seoul we recommend to stay in the more central Myeongdong district. Owner asked to write a good review before leaving in exchange for a small gift. I don’t really like these kind of requests, so didn’t accept. Still writing a good “independent” review as we liked our stay and would recommend this guesthouse in Hondae.

I liked the simplicity of checking in, friendly host. Value for money for 3 people sharing, please dont increase your price. I liked that you could move freely around and have access to bathrooms,, dining area and kitchen appliances, as well as do your own washing. Felt like home away from home. Oh lastly the filter coffee, Hazelnut flavour was really good, hope they stock it till next time i visit again. In Sha Allah.

Well there's not much to complain about really. Maybe just more rails in shower room to hang my clothes when I go for a shower.

I stayed here for five nights. My room was on the third floor. There’s a shared kitchen and dining area, and everything was super clean. At first, it felt a bit far from the subway, but once I got used to it, the walk was actually really easy. What I loved most was how clean the place was. If I come back to Korea, I’d totally stay here again.

Great location, lots of good food options just outside. Comfortable rooms, very tight but manageable if you move the furniture around and make use of the balcony space. Toilets are shared, but we hardly have to wait for our turn.

Location is quite far from Hongik Uni Subway station - about 700m but it's across crowded and narrow pathways. It is very difficult when dragging large luggage bags. No lifts - have to carry luggages up to either level 2 or 3. The owner offers to help carry the luggage, but I generally prefer to do it myself.

The guesthouse is great. The location is fantastic, very central, 7 minutes from the station. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was always very clean. There is even a laundry machine on the top floor and space in the terrace to hang clothes if you need to do a wash. I spent the days walking and mainly used the guesthouse for sleeping.

The kitchen was right outside my door which meant that there was noise at times during the evening and sometimes during the night, but other than that all good.

The location is great, 5 min away from the closest metro which connects you to most other lines. There are also a bunch of buses nearby. You have a convenience store right around the corner and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The host is one of the kindest we’ve met during our trip and super accommodating. Overall, we found the guesthouse really comfortable, clean, and it includes everything you need for however long your stay is. We loved it and highly recommend it!

The area was surrounded by restaurants and shops but the airbnb is quiet at night. The nearest train station is the Hongik University Station exit 3.

Now that we stayed here twice, we realized it was quite far from the train station. It would take around 10-15 minutes walk especially if you are carrying the luggages. It would also be great if the bathroom area has heated flooring especially when the temperature drops to negative.

The host is fantastic. Every day he is interested in the guests' stay and needs. The entire facility is cleaned every two days. The equipment is complete. There is everything and even more for a guesthouse (e.g. chargers, toothbrushes, razor blades). If you have a question, you can ask it and get an answer immediately. I highly recommend the place and Seoul. Seoul my Soul!

Very comfortable and clean. Bathroom is amazing. Waschmachine and fully equipped kitchen available. And dinning Room. The Place of the Guest is quiet Street but still just 10 Min away from Main Hongdae Street where the Life is Colorful and Energetic. I would always come back. The Guesthouse owners are very frindly and helpful. Reply is pretty fast to normal clocktimes.

I booked including breakfast. To be honest that was something I expected but I guess because of Covid-19 it was not available But I'm still happy. You can buy a nice breakfast in supermarket just around

Even though it's a little hard to find the place, but the location is pretty good. There are a lot of restaurants around here, and easy to get to the two mrt stations. Cozy room, big bathroom, and a dining room. Everything is clean. We had a good time to stay here for 3 nights.
