Everything I needed was here. Being an Airbnb, previous guests have left the most coincidentally serendipitous items like lint and dust remover, sanitary pads, makeup remover, wet wipes etc that you don't necessarily want to buy during travelling. Fresh towels were always available, the kitchen was well-equipped, all rooms had a lock pad, literally the BEST location, clean and aesthetic vibes, and cool guests that stayed during my stay. I personally love Kerasys shampoo and conditioner and our bathroom had huge bottles of those - YAY🥹

We caught about 11 baby cockroaches and other little bugs during our stay..... :(

Location was 10/10, price was super cheap, has everything you need for a quick stay.

No staff so you do need to have your check in information beforehand. Bathroom was quite small, there’s barely space to shower however it is clean.

The location was great, only a 10-minute walk to Hongdae main area and Hongik University station. The size of the room was also great and the beds were some of the comfiest I had in Korea.

The only issues we had were the noise because our room was right by the front door and the shower, it needs to have a tilted mount as with the current mount it sprays straight at the door or you have to hold it over yourself.

The guesthouse had a very homey feel which I personally like. It also had everything you need, including a water dispenser so we didn't have to buy bottled water anymore.

The location is good near the Hongik Univ exit 3 and you can get most things from the area (food, coffee and convenient stores are just by the roadside of the house). Shower have good water pressure too. Also you can put your luggage before check-in in the reception & overall is in good condition!

It has three storey so if you get second or third storey room it might a little bit inconvenience for you to bring up your big luggage.

First of all the guesthouse is located perfectly, hongdae street and metro station are in 10 minutes walking distance but at the same time in the guesthouse itself is very quiet. There’re also many cafes and stores around. The stuff was super friendly and helpful, thank you once again for helping us with even unusual questions. The room itself was pretty clean and had everything we needed.

Because the building is pretty old windows can’t be fully closed so there’s a little breeze that can be uncomfortable during the winter time. There’s no underfloor heating, so it’s very cold to sleep downstairs (bed on the floor), but the heater save us for the most part. Also it would be perfect if there were a bit more storage places in the bathroom.

The location is excellent for this guesthouse, it's right near Yeonnam-dong as well as Hongdae, so you will certainly never be bored. It's a private room with a good price, and it's fairly large compared to most places in the area. The bathroom is comically tiny, but it's not exactly a place people spend most of their time while traveling (hopefully). In terms of money for value, it's tough to go wrong with this place.

As mentioned above, the bathroom is incredibly small. Also you're at the ground level, so a few times there was noise on the street next to me (some delivery guys hit my window once or twice). It's not the guesthouse's fault, it was just a bit unpleasant.

The location of the guesthouse is really great, not too far from good restaurants and shopping. The beds were pretty comfy, and I liked the overall vibe of the guesthouse: very cozy and friendly between all the guests.

The bathroom is tiny. I kept banging the door into the sink because it was too narrow to have room to open all the way. And the ladder up to the loft is super painful to climb, so I fully recommend wearing sturdy rubber slides to climb up!

Complete with washer and kitchen. The bed and pillow is also nice and clean. Overall the house is good for a long stay. Easy to find too! The owner can easily be contacted in Booking chat with fast response too.

Toilet is quite small and the water temperature is SO HARD to control. The password for each door is too general and i feels insecure if i didnt lock the door from inside when sleep.

Our room was on the second floor and very spacious, it had everything you need and more (desk, hair dryer, closet, cosy bed). The kitchen on our floor was great and cosy. SISnBRO feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect! One of the best places in Seoul O've stayed. It was better than expected.

We were only here for 1 night and haven't come across any disappointments. The code lock on our door didn't always work straight away, but not a biggy.
