The place was located near a subway station which has lots of attractions. We took some packages from Klook tour and the pick up and dropping place was at that subway station. Furthermore when we arrived from Incheon Airport the same subway had a direct line to it. So my whole trip was so convenient. The distance from that subway is just around 8-10mins walk. And the place was really clean

Well, there is nothing that I really don't like except maybe just a minor inconvenience cause it's a 3 storey building and there's no lift.. we need to climb the stairs with our luggage cause we get the room at level 3. So if those having difficulty climbing stairs (having a baby pram, disable or wheelchair) it might be less convenient for them. But there were no issues for my family as my kids are in teens

The room had all that we needed and the wifi was great. We loved that we could get hot water easily from the common area. The location was extremely convenient for us as we had a day tour booked in and it was also so easy to get to the airport by train. We had some trouble with the washing machine and Emily was a great help. She even checked in with us the day before we check out just to make sure we factored in enough time to get ourselves to the airport. Overall a great stay!

Excellent facilities, very comfortable place to stay, great location close to many great restaurants & transport links. Well set up for international travellers.

Good location on the less busy side of Hongdae. Hotel services are good, there is a microwave, ice and hot and cold water available in the common areas. The room has everything one needs for even a lengthy stay. Staff was efficient.

In Korea, it makes little sense to have a keycard for the door as the door seemingly had a number lock. Having one key for four people was a bit bothersome. Beds didn't feel uncomfortable, but we had back pains in the morning.

We had two double sized beds, so it was perfect to sleep off the jet lag. We could leave our baggage in the reception area on the day of our departure. We also could wash and dry our clothes before heading to our next destination. Room was clean and comfortable, bed and pillows are "harder" than in western places, but I prefer it this way. Plates, cutlery was in the room, and hair dryer. Towels, body wash was in the room, microwave in the hallway with a water dispenser. It was a very short walk to the metro.

Neighbors/ other residents can be loud at night. Shower is typical for the region, just heads up, you don't really have a designated shower area with curtains etc, just a showerhead and a plughole.

Excellent location, literally 7-10 minutes from the subway and 15-20 minutes from Hongdae, the main hangout area of Korea Near the hostel there are several convenience stores, cafes, coffee shops, in a word everything you need for a comfortable stay The room has a washing machine, a small but comfortable kitchen, comfortable double beds Towels are changed on request (at least once every two days) There is also free water and tea downstairs, and during the rain you can take an umbrella for free (just don't forget to return it) A cooler and microwave on each floor, plus an iron, toilet paper and clean towels, in case the staff is not there, but you need something My personal rating is 9,5/10

Of the cons: they rarely wash the floors and the TV didn't work in our room, but we didn't really need it. + there is no elevator, so if you get a room on the 4th floor, it will be a challenge for you to lift your suitcases

Everything available including in room clothes washer and dryer available in lobby, cold and hot water dispenser, microwave available just outside the front door, cozy yet spacious. Loved have the corner room and to be be able to open the screened windows for fresh air. The room was cleaned and had enough electric outlets and fresh towels available. The location is about a 12 minute leisure walk to Hongdae station exit 3 and liked that it was a bit tucked away in the neighborhood yet close to many things within a few minutes walk.

No elevator and had to haul up luggage to the third floor. There are a total of 4 floors. It is self check-in like many of the guest houses in Seoul and the contact for the property does not respond immediately.

The comfort and cleanliness.

Nothing really… tea and coffee would have been nice … but not a priority .

Loved that it is not far from the main street and that the rooms have washing machine and a small kitchen. Super convenient! Theres also a microwave on each floor right outside our door which is great! Towels and toilet paper as well. We stayed on the second floor and my family stayed on the 4th floor.

Only thing i wished our room had was a smart toilet/bidet, our room on the second floor did not have this, but my family on the 4th floor had the smart toilet.. also wish that there was extra storage space by the bathroom sink to store our things for (toothbrush etc).

Very clean, still close to everything and a lot of cute cafes and restaurants around.

Only one thing, no elevator!
