Cook/help yourself free breakfast (eggs, bread, OJ, milk, sugar coated cornflakes), convenient location and walkable to metro, comfortable beds and curtains. Towels included are small but great! And get replaced each day. Bathrooms are self contained shower & toilet in one with soap/shampoo provided. One of the few hostels in Seoul that have a guest kitchen, but it is a typical hostel kitchen where you may have to rewash a dish or cutlery. Not much of a social common room, but I did make friends in my dorm.

Reception closes at 3pm or 7pm depending on the day of the week. Strange. I arrived at 7:15pm and had to wait for someone to exit to let me in because I couldn’t get the keypad to work from the outside. I don’t mind a self checkin, but some info on how to get the touchscreen of the mirrored keypad to turn on and show me the numbers would be helpful. Kitchen could do with a deep clean.

It is close to the Hongdae quarter. We got long messages from the hostel, but actually the communication before and during the stay with the stuff was easy. It was rather cheap. It had simple breakfast to be assembled by one-self. In the breakfast room it is possible to communicate with the other travelers. Explanations were given also in English. For a hostel the comfort was correct.

The location was very convenient and easy to get to. The facilities are a little outdated but for the price we paid, it was enough. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. For a 2 night stay, it was more than enough. The towels are easily accesible and there were toilet papers, toothpaste and hand soap available. There's also a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The pillow had a plastic like cover underneath the cover. It was odd at first but I got used to it. But it's really easy to hear the pipes and the water running through them. For light sleepers, it might be a bit uncomfortable.

There are everything you will need. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable 2 pillows provided even my room is single room. the room is exactly what we see in the picture. The staff are nice I arrived earlier and my room hasn’t finished yet but when I came back to the hotel my luggage were already in my room which was unexpected I appreciated this a lot. The location is good walk only 5 minutes to the main road and subway station if you take airport bus it’s very convenient also

the only dislike is room is not sound proof i can hear people watching tv when i walk in the hallway and when ppl talking outside my room i can hear it clearly

The location was great, it always busy either if you went out early or comeback late. As a female solo traveller, it was very assuring about the safety. Love that every bed have its own curtain so we can have our own privacy even when we're staying in the dorm. The free breakfast was convenient too. The best part probably that the dormitory located at the ground floor, same level as the receptionist & the lounge so I don't have trouble to move my luggage. Also, I think I'm lucky to have a great dormmate that I actually be able to make new friends during my stay there. Will probably repeat to book at this guesthouse again if I ever travel to Seoul solo in the future.

The pillow kind of thin. Also, it'll be great if they can consider to put a bed lamp for every bed.

Very convenient location. Able to accommodate me at short notice. Communicative staff helped me prepare for my visit and check in. Generally good condition of facility. Room and hotel well stocked with what I needed for a week-long stay like soap, shampoo, towels, toothpaste, clothes hangers, and trash bags.

I would have preferred longer in-person hours for the staff if possible in order to ask them some questions about the neighborhood (restaurants and tourist attractions) and the climate control. Also the small shelf next to the bed in Room 13 is a little unstable and the adapters didn’t sit well in their sockets.

The building is a bit old, so it may not look too clean. However, I don't think the hardware issues affect the service by trying hard to provide a cozy place to guests. It's not easy to maintain a house that really cost a lot. The owners are super friendly and helpful to us. The location was great! Some things were self-catered, which suited us fine. I will be visiting Seoul in October and would love to stay at this nice guesthouse again, but unfortunately all the double rooms are fully booked and I have to find somewhere else. The bus and subway stations are less than 10 minutes away by walking. There are many famous restaurants and GS25 / seven eleven nearby which is really convenient. The kitchen on the first and third floor where offering drinking water, tea bags, instant coffee and so forth. The microwave oven is also available.

The only thing that needs to be improved is the air conditioner is very dusty and the detailed cleaning (guess the housekeeping staff might be not enough☹)

The location was really good; get out from Hongik University Station exit 3, walk straight, and turn left. The host provided directions via a video which was helpful. The room was just nice for two and the beds were comfortable. They provide basic stuff such as TV, hair dryer, hangers ub the room, and then there was a fridge, washing machine and dryer in the common space. The host was also very friendly and was prompt in replying.

Could have done better with the cleanliness of the common space on the third floor (probably the sink area and washing machine area could have been better maintained). One thing was that there was no elevator in the guesthouse (but seems that some guesthouses do not have lifts so it's not only for this guesthouse) and it would be really challenging to bring up the luggage if you were staying on a higher floor. Fortunately, the host was nice to help us bring up the luggage)

1.location - so awesome, in the heart of yeonnamdong, 300 m. from subway, quiet and easy to go everywhere 2.bathroom - wide, clean, new and very quick drain, the floor is completely dry in 15 mins after shower 3.room - wide and cozy, has everything in need from fridge, microwave even adaptor! 4.self check-in and everything, the staff provides all what you need, so easy do it yourself

1.there’s kitchen counter and washing machine in the bedroom, a bit strange for me 2.no warm water for shower, it’s just only hot or cold, you need to made your choice 😅 3.the lounge is quite small and not enough comfy atmosphere 4.no elevator, i’m fine stepping just one level but if you stay upper level, be prepare

- Great location in lovely Yeonnam-dong area, next to Gyeonggui Line Park, close to Hongdae Station - Private room was spacious and clean, with own kitchen, shower, washing machine, TV, etc - Free breakfast every morning from 8-11

- There is no secure luggage storage area if you’re waiting before check-in or after check-out. You can just leave your luggage in the lounge which any guest has access to. - The shower is almost impossible to get at a good temperature. Either way too hot or starts getting colder and colder, so you’re constantly fiddling with the tap - The top mattress was constantly sliding off the bed
