Excellent location beside Hongik university station surrounded with eateries n cafe. Spacious apartment with an excellent view of Hongdae. Well provided for long stay with washing machine, laundry rack, cooking facilities n microwave oven. Very helpful & thoughtful host who is very accommodating to our request and even helped us to call a cab.

Location, next to exit 1 of Hongik Univ Station. Airport Limo from Incheon Airport stops right in front. Airport Limo going to Incheon is nearear to exit 2, which is still way better than taking the cheaper AREX All Stop train. To take the AREX train, it requires a super long walk underground. It will be alright if you do not have many luggages. Unit looks exactly the same as in pictures shown in booking.com. Unit is comfy and functionable. Host provided extra unit of heater as well. Bed is soft but comfy. Blanket keeps me warm. Very comfy. It is Hongdae, so food is easily accessible front and back. Same goes for shopping as it is just right across the road. Host is responsive and very helpful. He even helped me purchase a book before i arrived. Will definitely stay here again if i visit South Korea in the future.

Feedback to the host that a note should be stuck in the bathroom to inform guest not to flush toilet papers into the toilet bowl to prevent clogging. We had our toilet bowl clogged twice, but host attended to the problem asap. Aircond unit was a little noisy.

the host was extremely nice during the whole stay. we had issues with our suitcases at the airport and when they got delivered to the guesthouse the host brought them to our bedroom cause we were outside at the moment. the host also bought savory and sweet snacks for us for our arrival 🥹 the room was clean and the beds were comfortable!

it gets really humid during the day so i suggest to leave the little window open during the day!

Location is very very convenient and safe. Its close to most of the stores and street food stalls around Hongdae street. Its walking distance to pickup locations for tours. Literrally walking distance to the subway HongikUniv Stn Exit 1. The place itself is spacious, esp for a 4 adult guest. Highly recommended. Will probably book it again next time if its available on the next trip date 👍🏻

The guesthouse location is very very convenient. The owner was very helpful. We requested to check-in early around 12pm, the owner gladly help us & let us checked-in early. Room was pretty decent. Another thing that I really love about this guesthouse the bidet. Will probably stay here again for my next trip to seoul.

Best location! Super spatious. Room and bathroom really clean. Toilet with bidet. Kitchen with utensils, fridge, washing machine. Manager is really kind and helpful.
