The hotel was old, which looks like it needs some renovations. We’ve not had breakfast at the hotel, so can’t comment on this. Use of the pool and sauna are excluded from the hotel price, which I found annoying. The pool is more suitable for kids. The location is probably best for families, as evidenced by the many kids running around the hotel, so recommend couples not to come here.

Breakfast was ok
Room had small table cheap and nasty leaving large unusable area. Coffee shop wouldn't allow us to sit in the seated area. The hotel location and outside look impressive but the hotel is very basic 8nside. Also we were battling to see the door handle to insert the key because hotel had turned off lights in hallway to save power. The hotel us overpriced. The Grand Busan and Kennsington are cheaper to stay and superior. The staff at these hotels were excellent compared to the attitude at Kolon . We will not stay there again.

No services at all. "The front" did not provided even "a tea spoon." Too noisy. Could understand waht people were doing next room.
