A great experience. We stayed in an apartment villa with two rooms with private bathrooms, a living room with kitchen and an enclosed terrace with indoor pool. This is definitely one of the best accommodations I have visited in Korea.

Two minuses. Pool inflation is not included and must be paid for separately. The grill is also not included and it is forbidden to cook meat or fish in the kitchen.

Most of all, I really liked how the room was designed and properly cleaned. The pool maintenance was perfect (I am very sensitive with the hygiene when it comes to pool) The location might seem a little far but the supermarket is not so far away from the villa so it won’t be a huge issue if you want to fo some grocery shopping. You can also call taxi from the villa in case you cannot drive. I recommend you to bring a small car since the way inside, the street is a little narrow for huge SUVs. Owners were very welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend this property for those who travel Gyeongju. 디자인, 위생, 위치 모두 만족스러웠습니다.

Very nice poolvilla, perfect for a family or two couples. We enjoyed the private little pool and had a great time!

It is only allowed to prepare noodles or vegetables in the kitchen and it cannot be concidered to ve fully equipped. A fee of KRW 20.000,- must be paid to rent the BBQ to be able to prepare meat/fish etc.

The area is very relaxing. No noise and super chill. The facilities are very modern and the staff super nice. The villa with the pool it was a nice surprise that the pool was heated.

The bed. Very very hard. Maybe it's related to taste but It was not comfortable for either of us.

The location was great, easy to find, and perfect for a group. It was exceptionally clean, the reception area with snacks and necessity’s was also a fantastic plus.

Very clean and we'll kept premises. Rooms have everything you need and nothing you don't.

It's a bit far from town - not the owners' fault - just a fact. Kakao T makes that a non-issue for guests.

The most wonderful and helpful staff, nothing was too much for them. The rooms were modern, clean and beautiful. The pool was the winner for us, the perfect temp and the best way to relax after a day of exploring gyeongju. I cannot recommend enough!

Clean, spacious and modern

Loved how clean and well-maintained everything is. The beds were very comfortable and the living room had all we need for a comfortable stay. You can use the indoor bathtub for a small additional price.

I fell in love with the heated pool in the villa. Completely relaxing. Larger than expected. Was the perfect way to end each day.
