The kids room was wonderful. My 1 and 5 year old went ballistic went they saw it and spent hours rolling around on mats. They also liked the rabbits and the little kids cafe place (extra charge). The Bunny Bear museum and Bird Park were 3 minute drives away, which was very convenient. A great place to stay if you want to be near more touristy things and not historical things.

- Sure wish we could have turned off the heat! - Bathroom could use a good remodeling. - Breakfast was good - although they informed us on check-in we had to make a reservation and everything after 8 was full so we had to go at 7 am. So we went at 7 am, and while they were very polite, we did felt rushed and they reminded us we had to leave by 8. They clearly just don't have a big enough restaurant for the amount of people at the resort.

The location is very nice and a great place to spend a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are a lot of restaurants and cafés, a barbecue yard, as well as a kids' play area, right on the hotel grounds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of vegetarian options at breakfast. The idea of a laundromat area is convenient for such a place.

We rented a four-person apartment and were provided with only two large towels for the entire duration of our stay. We stayed for four days and our room wasn't cleaned once. We had to dispose of the rubbish ourselves (there were two very small rubbish bins). The only room service we received was two bottles of water and clean hand towels, which were hung on the door handle in the mornings. The bed linen was torn and stained. One of the bedrooms had hardly any blinds, and the lamp in the corridor right outside it prevented me from getting any sleep as it was so bright that you could read a book (see the picture). Overall, the hotel had seen better days. Although the rooms had been renovated, the exterior looked shabby and depressing.

We stayed in a room that was not remodeled: the bathroom was not clean and meet our expectations (for foreigners). Buildings were not connected each other.

It was good space for 5 people to stay

Sofa was so dirty and so noisy at the night time resort did not do anything about it.
