We chose this hotel to avoid the crowds downtown Gyeongju. However, it turned out that the hotel was fully booked! Nevertheless, the room was quiet at night, and we had a good sleep. Our Deluxe Twin Room with Mountain View looked a bit old fashioned (it isn't), but was comfortable with two chairs and a table at the window. The beds were comfortable too. There was no noise at night, neither from the street, nor from the hall or other rooms. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of dishes, and at a reasonable price. We appreciated the free parking, although, due to the hotel being fully booked, we had to use the open parking lot in the farthest corner of the site.

We would have appreciated a second luggage rack.

The staff was friendly. I like to sleep with a thin pillow and there was none in the room - the staff was kind enough to provide one. The room was spacious and the hotel looks grand. The location is really good and right next to my conference venue.

Despite being super tired, I couldn't sleep well. I think the ACs weren't set right and the bed was a bit hard. There was also a power outage of some kind at one point and the internet and plugs stopped working for an hour or so. My stay in Gyeongju was split in two hotels and the other hotel (3-star and cheaper) provided free water bottles and tooth-paste kits. The K-hotel had water bottles in the mini-bar and gave tooth-paste kits at 3000 WON.

Location, the room is well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The on site Korean restaurant is good. Overall our stay was amazing.

Hotel was very clean. Nice to be away from the crowds in the downtown area.

Staff could improve on speaking English. Restaurant food was so not very good. Best to eat at nearby restaurants.

Sink not clean, comb used with hair, aircond very old and not efficient, no microwave, cleaning staff came inside when I still inside (Informed lobby that I will check out at 12noon but the cleaner entered my room at 11.30am!!)
