Big, clean rooms with personal jacuzzi. Well equipped with a nice kitchen. We liked how spacious and clean our place was. Location was great as we were planning on visiting seongsan illchubong (sunrise peak), Udo Island & surrounding sites in eastern jeju during our stay, and the resort is very accessible to these places.

While location was great, however the way into the resort was rather tricky as one would have to manoeuvre through a narrow road which would be challenging if there was an oncoming vehicle from the opposite direction. And it can get dark along this narrow road in the night. No fault on the part of the resort, as we enjoyed our stay, but it'd be good to be aware.

Beautiful ground/property with super spacious villas and a pool! Huge bathroom which included full size shampoo, conditioner and body-wash. Separate AC units in room and living area. Living area with kitchen, table and living room. Private backyard with spa/jacuzzi with complete privacy (no windows faced backyard from adjacent villas/high walls). Convenience store on property with reasonable pricing (no gouging).

Was looking forward to the jacuzzi, even purchased a bath bomb from the front desk, but sadly it wasn’t working. I was able to fill it with hot water and enjoy a soak, but the jets wouldn’t turn on, no matter the combination of pressed buttons. Sadness! Narrow oneway road to property, a bit scary at night, but luckily we rented a small vehicle. Regardless, I enjoyed my time here. Would come back in a heartbeat, but will definitely ask staff to look at jacuzzi on the first day!!

Lovely big rooms and bathroom. Own private decked area outside with spa pool. Shop on site was very handy as not that much else around. You definitely need a car here! The pool looked lovely but it wasn't in use when we were there. Very clean and friendly staff. Good base to explore from. Cooking area which is very handy but it wasn't lacking in equipment - could have done with some knives, a bigger frying pan, wooden spoon etc. would definitely recommend.

The hotel is located in a very quite place and offer large rooms where you can find everything that you might need. The convenience store placed within the hotel area, although a bit more expensive than usual, offers quite a few options of snacks, drinks, and other necessities.

If one has a car, from this location one can visit all over the island in a reasonable time. However, moving with public transport is possible, yet quite slow and not so convenient from this hotel.

We have a whole floor for ourselves, with kitchen, bathroom, dining room, bedroom, laundry room, outdoor spa and it's fully equipped. We really enjoyed the time after coming back from outside. There's also a convenience store where you can get food and other stuff.

Recommended for people travel by car, we took the bus and the closest station is 15 minutes walk apart.

the place was nice, clean and big! loved the robes, slippers and coffee given.

a little difficult to locate it on naver as its not listed as arts spa but arechu. the drive in is also a long 1 way dirt road making it difficult for cars coming in and out. also the central heating and aircon was difficult to locate in the room, better signages would help

The room was quiet and clean. We had a private spa tub in the back patio. The little store on site offered snacks and drinks. The staff were very helpful. The setting was lovely in a location that was near the water as well as an abundance of hydrangeas (in June). I wish we could have stayed longer.

The entrance to the property was a little sketchy. The road connecting to the more major road is very narrow and a little dangerous in the dark. The road from the other direction (nearer to the coast) was a little better but still difficult to find in the dark.

We had a room with our own pool and jacuzzi which was very nice! The beds were comfortable, we got slippers from the hotel. The shower was lovely and the room was very big! The people were also very friendly.

The road to the hotel is a bit difficult in the dark so be prepared for that.

Kitchenette is well-equipped though we hardly used it. I like that the 2-in-1 washing machine is hidden in a separate room within the house, so no noise can be heard even if I did the laundry at night.

Given the cold weather, it is hard for one to walk out of the property to get food. Not many food options outside villa but the convenience store is well stocked.

On-site food store, ability to purchase some fried chicken and chips when raining and not wanting to go elsewhere, and the affordable room service breakfast options (if you like Korean food!) - the villa rooms are exceptional value for money.

Quite a few insects but to be expected given the environment. No ability to walk anywhere nearby. Limited food options close by. Bathroom cup wasn’t clean.
