The large spa and view made our busy sightseeing days so relaxing and enjoyable. Good sized room too.

We didn't know where the button was to make up our room (thinking there was none and they'd make up the room as a matter of course). Reception staff don't speak English but they have a QR code to log into a chat which is a good idea. But it was disappointing to arrive back have a huge day and after reception had closed to find we had no clean towels. Also there were no chairs or table on the balcony. It would be nice to have breakfast there (note the hotel doesn't provide food or even tea or coffee - cups and kettle provided only)

Great location to explore the east of Jeju Island, exceptional view of the sea and coast with all the landmark sites along the horizon at the Penthouse Suite. Front desk staff was limited in English but very friendly and used a translation app to help us, another staff was fluent in Chinese and introduced us to a very good local seafood restaurant!

More cutlery, wine glasses and cooking utensils could be provided with the kitchenette, parking space adequate but a bit narrow for normal cars and SUVs.

I really enjoyed this property. It was new, modern, clean and spacious. View was great as well and I enjoyed waking up to majestic views of seongsan. The location is fantastic; just a short drive away from seongsan. TV had Netflix. Soundproofing of rooms was excellent, which is really appreciated as most properties seem to come with thin walls these days. There was bottled water, some fruity drink and chocolates provided too; nice touch. Ample parking for those who drive. There is a 7-11 nearby and the Korean restaurant down the road served hearty fare. I had a very comfortable stay and was sad to leave. I would highly recommend this property.

Nothing much really, save that the pillows were a little flat for my liking but that may be a personal preference. Housekeeping is provided on request so do inform reception if you want that.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, it is a well-design room. The lighting was on point! With just one switch, we could set the perfect lighting for us while lying in bed. The best part was definitely the jacuzzi tub and the breathtaking view of the Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak. You can enjoy this amazing view from the tub 👍. I highly recommend waking up early to catch the beautiful sunrise from the balcony.

Only basic toiletries are provided, lack of personal care items (combs, toothbrushes, etc).

The area is close to a lot of tourist locations. In addition, the room that we stayed were cleaned, neat and bright (which we like). It was a very cosy stay and thanks for looking after the small details. Keep it up and will recommend to others.

A nice and clean hotel close to the ocean. The room was very spacious and the ammenities were good. We had a room with a small balcony which was really nice. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful with check in.

The balcony did not have a chair or small table, this would have made it a bit better.

This was the 2nd time that we stayed here since Apr 2019. The room was big with a separate toilet and a bathtub and shower in another room. There was a basin outside and between the toilet and bathroom. There used to be a bright orange door to separate these three places from the bed room. Ample car park lots and located near Seongsan Ichulbong and Seopjikoji by driving.

There used to have a coffee machine in the room. Not much interaction with the guests, due to language barrier. Could provide more information for new visiting guests in East Jeju such as places to visit and eat or drink.

Amazingly divine room fragrance. Spa bath working without any malfunction. Comfy bed. Friendly staff.

The location is a bit far from the main area but has a beautiful view. Soundproofing was not that good in my opinion.

Loved the location, the hospitality and the size of the room. Will definitely be here again. The scent of the room was great, they have their own set of diffusers and room spray etc. Toilet comes with functional bidet seat.

Could do more by providing fluffier pillows. They are almost flat and uncomfortable.
