We stayed at Ggotmuche Pension with no prior reviews to guide us, so it felt a bit like a trial, but it turned out to be a hidden gem we’re so glad we found! The room came with a private sauna, which was a fantastic perk, and we didn’t regret our choice for a second. If you have a rental car on Jeju, this place is perfect. The easiest way to find it is by navigating to Dumbo Pizzeria, which is located right next door. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner's son, who showed us to our room and gave us a thorough explanation of how to use the sauna and the floor heating. Our room had everything we needed: a small kitchen with a fridge, a cozy balcony with a lovely view, and a short 5-minute drive to the nearest 7/11 for any essentials. We loved taking advantage of the free laundry machines and the BBQ area, which made it easy to unwind after a long day of hiking. This place is a tranquil retreat—10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Comfortable and a nice location, though you do need a car as is it quite out the way. The owner is incredibly kind and even brought us noodles and corn for breakfast. The property has some lovely animals, and the pizza place is really some of the best i’ve had in Korea - but they sell out early so make sure to go for lunch!
