The breakfast offerings were varied, delicious, and well displayed. The staff was friendly and courteous. I enjoyed the location of the breakfast room, too. The coffee bar during the afternoon and evening was a super addition to my stay. I loved the bathtub, the setup of the room, and the VIEW! A welcome instant coffee package or tea bag would have been a nice addition to the room. The hotel was close to many restaurants, coffee places, convenience stores, and the beautiful beach. It felt safe to go out after dark into the public areas of Haemdok Beach. If I had a question, it was quickly answered. The staff did their best even though I didn't speak much Korean. :)

Good information about the hotel facilities and required service when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel was clean, calm and the air-condition in the room was not noisy, really good. The TV was easy to use and the light switches worked well and was not too strong or too weak. We felt safe in our room. Our view from the room out to the sea was beautiful. Definitely will come back!

There should be a hanger with "no entry" outside the door for the visitors to use if they dont want the cleaning lady to just go in without permission. This can make visitors feel less uncomfortable.

I loved that it was o close to the beach. The views were amazing. The staff is polite and helpful.

While the beach is close. It's quite far from the city and the airport. I underestimated the distance. This could be a concern if you're not renting a vehicle for sightseeing. It took 40 mins by car from the airport and over an hour from the city to the hotel. Something worth considering. Having said that, it's a nice and quiet spot, if you're looking for a relaxed stay.

The location is near to ocean and it has a very nice view.

The staff were not that helpful, do take note that if you are travelling as a couple you can get the sea view. But for those staying in with 3 pax, no chance for you to get the sea view they dont allow 3 people to stay in their sea view room eventhough you have a newborn baby. So disappointed with the policies of that hotel.

Simply a gorgeous hotel on the first line, the view from the balcony is simply excellent. The breakfast is the best for our entire trip to South Korea, a very large selection of dishes, lots of fresh fruit (very sweet pineapples), everything you want is available, even ice cream.

I was seriously impressed with this hotel. The rooms were light, modern and clean and included a small balcony. The room included a fridge and kettle and the bathroom was very spacious. I liked that there was a supermarket located within the hotel too. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and the helpful staff.

Breakfast was included in the price and the spread was good, catering to a range of tastes.

A bit of communication problem as reception staff could not speak English nor Mandarin. The bathtub was not easy to climb into.

the breakfast buffet is really good and I enjoyed that the hotel was so close to the beach and there were many restaurants and small shops as well as café close by. There is also a bus stop, where the bus to the airport stops!

Very convenient spot. Close to CV, beach, bus stop, cafe, restaurant, best view, and with great staff.

Wi-Fi wasn’t really strong enough to do vdo call. There is no toilet doormat to dry the feet after shower.
