Would have been better if breakfast was provided as part of the price . There was a bluffer breakfast fir 22000 won each which I though was a bit expensive As there was a bar underneath or nearby the music could be heard from our room which would not be good if you were a light sleeper or wanted to go to bed early More information in English about where to go, what to see , maps in English - I had to translate everything on the map from Korean to English-

The hotel is generous, convenient, thoughtful. Very decent and varied breakfast, a very welcome free minibar and drinks offered in the restaurant. Convenient self service laundry facilities.

The only things felt missing were moisturiser, and milk(or creamer) for coffee, in the room. But that didn't matter, because the rest was so good. Shame breakfast ends so early in morning. I got swimmers eruption in the sea from something that stings... Would have been nice to get a warning about it, as its apparently a risk at the moment. But maybe hotel didn't know.

The bed was SOOO COMFY! The aircon was super cold/nice for the summer season when I was there in June. The bathroom was amazing, clean and big! Also has the bidet toilet seat system! They have cleaner every day. Free beer vouchers + a breakfast. The location was right in front of the water/beach area, great view! Amazing view from the rooftop! Staffs were friendly and can speak a bit of English, and if not, they use their phone to translate immediately!

A bit pricy and we booked for 3 people, I think the size is a bit small for 3 people, would have worked great for 2 people (double/queen/king size bed).

They don't provide towels to use on the beach... Actually at the reception we were told that they do, but since there was no reply from the internal number that they called to retrieve the beach towels they couldn't be bothered and we just got told that they don't provide them

It was amazing travel destination with amazing view and very comfortable beds. Korean room was amazing with beautiful view. Netflix!

Balcony was dirty in normal rooms . Not much English person in hotel. Accommodation was from 3 o’clock so for people who coming from Europe, it’s really hard. If room is available, they should just check in.

The location - just by the beach. We had sea view option purchased, and the view was beautiful. A lot of good restaurants and shops around. Bus stop 100m from the hotel, and many connections to the Jeju city and more. The hotel gave us vouchers for breakfast (for one person, the other was to pay 28.000 KRW per breakfast), vouchers for beer and 20.000KRW voucher for dinner. We took a dinner at the restaurant, and it was good (seafood + pork grilled). The hotel offer jacuzzi on the roof, but we did not use it due to high price (90.000 KRW per hour). In the room we had FREE minibar with soft drinks, water, beer - it has been supplied on daily basis (for free!). An excellent hotel, I recommend it.

The room was very comfortable, had a lot of space and a very nice bathroom. The location is amazing (it is literally in front of the beach). I definitely recommend this hotel.

The only note I would make is that the bar on the ground floor is a little old fashioned (not a big deal but it is the only “bad” comment to make).

Something minor, but the airconditioner has a small green light that goes off and on. In the night it van be very bright at times.

paid for 2 adults (husband & wife), provided breakfast token for 1 person. Stop being petty & act like a 4 star level hotel. if you are going to offer us breakfast, offer to both in my party. Stupid little petty actions things like that make me/others a disgruntled customers.
