We absolutely loved this property for our family of 7! The facilities, room size, and location can’t be beat, and is made exceptional by the lovely staff. We loved being able to easily walk down to the beach, and the variety at breakfast was great every morning. The little extras like the tubes to borrow from the lobby, the outdoor bath, and the foot bath area were the icing on the cake. We truly have nothing negative to say, just memories of a wonderful family vacation!

We really don’t have any negative feedback. The only thing that would have made this hotel absolutely perfect were on site laundry, and a small weight room area. Those are minor amenities though and really didn’t take anything away from our stay.

If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and a dream-like holiday resort to rejuvenate mind and body after each long day, this is the place to be. Beach is walkable with clear directions and it will bring you to the Olle Walk trails. No shortage of restaurants nearby and I would say to same for rest of my itineraries. Very friendly hotel staff and all my correspondence with hotel very prompt, they even replied to queries on another hotel. This if first class service. Loved the breakfast, huge beautiful rooms with views of the beach, mountain.

We've been staying at Y Resort for several years. I think we've stayed at Y Resort at least six times and we never grow tired of this hotel. Location is FABULOUS. Rooms are outstanding and comfortable. The Breakfast is wonderful. Staff very attentive and caring. We love Y Resort and we will continue to stay here for the long term!

All is great. We love the breakfast especially the fruit, yogurt and variety of food! Only suggestion would be to offer some Black Tea such as English Breakfast or just a straight up Black Tea alternative for those folks that don't drink coffee.

Very quiet location but not very far from town centre and shops. Heated floors (which I believe is probably a standard thing in South Korea) were nice! Very spacious suite, great for a family of 4+ with two teenagers. Parking is available at the property.

There’s not much not to like to be honest. Pool wasn’t available due to low season, but I have doubts we’d have the time to use it anyway - we travelled all around Jeju during our whole stay.

Solid 3 star hotel. We chose it for its remote location. After being in Seoul for a week, we wanted to be as rural (but still comfortable) as possible. The kids loved the pool. It had just enough chlorine to be safe but not to irritate the skin and lungs. The breakfast buffet was included and was a little better than we expected for a continental breakfast! The coffee was a separate plus 👍 It’s within walking distance to multiple beaches. The staff was very helpful. This place is lovely, it felt relaxing and sweet.

We loved it here but I am listing this to be objective: Peeling and bulging wallpaper everywhere. The repaired patches on walls done haphazardly and look ugly. We had an executive suite and that was a very loud name for the quality of the rooms. The interior is very, very basic. Not enough dishes in the kitchen. No laundry on site (1 km trek to town on foot each time made it not fun). No gym. Both espresso machines broke on the last day we were there. You need a car to get around the hotel - it’s not close to any attractions.

A wonderful family hotel. Small and cozy. Territory: enough for a walk, there is a trampoline, a children's and an adult pool (only works in the warm season), a hammock, a children's soccer goal. The room: quite spacious, has its own small kitchen and all the utensils, pots, pans, etc., large and comfortable bed, pillows, nice view from the window; there is a terrace, also a working jacuzzi, which massages the muscles quite well after walking. There is a parking lot for those with a car The staff is friendly and friendly to visitors.

Breakfast: not enough, there is no choice, at most you can combine everything together in a sandwich or something similar, the coffee can also be improved.

The location of the hotel is very beautiful. Next to hotel is nice and clean beach. The hotel is very comfortable, and a staff comunicate kor and eng. The rooms are very big, they got kitchen and bath inside apartments. In hotel there is a leg-spa, swimingpool and warm swimingpool with bubles. Breakfests are delicious. There is opportunity to choose korean traditional breakfest (죽 and 김치), and european breakfest. The closest market located 7 min by foot.

They could increase the amount if in-room amenities (eg free toothbrush/paste etc.). You are kindly asked to do your own dishes if you use cutlery etc. (probably a Korean thing as it’s not the first time) but no soap is provided for the kitchen.

We had no idea how perfect this location would be for our vacation. It was a short, private 10 minute walk to the beach. You could also walk 5 minutes more along part of the Olle Trails and access another beach where we found a great place to snorkel around the rocks. Y Resort is a short 15-25 minute taxi ride to some beautiful sites—but we were also just happy to spend our days at the beach snorkeling, swimming, and relaxing at the pool and hot tub in the evenings. The breakfast in the morning was simple and satisfying. We loved all the fresh, local tangerines and juice.

There was some language barriers, but the staff were very accommodating and willing to use translation apps when necessary.

The view and location . The rooms were well equipped with a gas hob stove , microwave , rice cooker , some cooking vessels and cutlery etc . The patio was beautiful facing the sea . The in room jacuzzi was excellent . The front desk staff were very very helpful and could speak some English . They helped us arrange cabs etc .

The Deep cleaning is once in 2 days like vacuuming but they changed towels daily which was great
