View was amazing. Beautiful ocean view to the front, mountain/countryside view in the back. Breakfast was above expectations. I was expecting couple of pastries, but it was hand made sandwiches, cut and presented beautifully, a cream filled croissant, coffee, and delivered to our room! Also, hotel is across the street from coastal trail where folks take walks & jog and just a few hundred meters from places to eat and a CU to pick up drinks and quick bites. Hotel was very cute and although not a 'luxury' spot, but after staying in some very urban and chic hotels in Seoul, it was a great change.

What a nice, small resort! Well located, and with a lovely sea view. We had an appartment on the ground floor, which I would strongly recommend, with a private terrace attached to the very spacious garden. Very relaxing place. And a lot of space for the kids to play, and adults to relax, eat, sit etc.. The small size of this resort was perfect in our opinion, and makes it very cosy and quiet. The room was very spacious, and even had a jacuzzi! View from the room is very nice. Walking distance to a ice cream shop and multiple restaurants.

Resort is rigth next to the beach, although you have to cross a small, not busy street. You are not allowed to swim in the sea (just like on so many beaches in South-Korea). The two pools on the rooftop are very nice. But very small, and very shallow. (like so many pools in South-korea, because of safety) Nevertheless very nice to cool of! And the kids liked it a lot. We really recommend this small resort in Jeju, to relax for a couple of day and enjoy the calmness, sea and views.

Everything about Sun and Moon Resort was exceptional! The location is great with the beach and sea right in front, and we loved looking at the view. The room is very spacious and very well equipped. It is very clean and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The staff are amazing - so friendly and helpful. They gave us a WhatsApp number to use for anything we needed. We used it to communicate about breakfast and they responded very quickly and accurately. We loved our stay very much. One of the highlights of our week in Jeju!

Everything is great. The breakfast is also good, but it would be even better if they had different items each day.

would like to thank everyone and especially Jolie who was kind and helpful and very patient with our endless questions, also we requested extra eggs sandwiches and they gladly provided them, there is nothing to complain of except the location on the opposite side of the jeju airport, otherwise even transporting was easy with kakao Taxi which Jolie helped us with a lot and she also helped us with all the attractions we wanted to go to, thankful for that and we loved staying there so peaceful and quiet, would definitely recommend for a peaceful beautiful place and weather with a nice view of the sea, spacious room and complete amenities, near convenient stores too, don’t miss out on the Indian restaurants and Italian food in the island they’re so good

Staff at the reception were very friendly. House keeping also very friendly. Location seems remote but yet there were many great restaurants nearby and some even within walking distance. Beautiful and big garden, very tranquil environment. Convenient access to the coast. Rooms were big and spacious.

Cleanliness and room size. Good place to relax. Staff is happy to help us order dinner delivery of fried chicken, which was a great bonus.

No lift or escalator. Had to lug bags to the upper floors. There is no table top space to place things/ bags in the family room (double and single bed) which my daughter stayed in. However my room, the 70sqm room ( with 2 double beds) which I stayed in was ok. No disposable toiletries are available.

Julie was such a wonderful host, she answered my messages on booking.com chat promptly and made sure everything was ready when I checked in. She personally came to greet us and recommended excellent places to visit and eat. My friends and I adore her! The room was sea-facing and just the sight of the sun and sea filled us with much joy each day!

Breakfast could have been varied from day to day. It's away from most of the hustle and bustle of city life so for those keen to have more activity, this may not be suitable. Best for people who is on a self-drive holiday.

As we walked into the room, we were greeted by the overwhelming smell of fresh linen. The view was superb, and the simple breakfast served was as per our strict request. All in all, everything was superb and exceeded our expectations.

The raised platform for the bed can be a cause of accident/injury, especially at night when the lights are switched off.

The owners/staff were extremely helpful, cheerful and polite. Special thanks to Michael for personally carrying our luggage up to our rooms, introducing restaurants and patiently listening to our countless queries and requests. Also special thanks to Julie who took the initiative to program our destinations into the car GPS when my mobile phone, which I was using for navigation, suddenly encountered connection problems. At the end of our stay, while checking out, Julie told us to call her if we encounter any problems during the rest of our trip. Such heart-warming service!

The rooms were very spacious with a fabulous view. The beds are comfortable and the wet room with a large bath was great. The beach is right there, but the beach is unkempt which you may or may or like. There are lots of restaurants in the area, I can highly recommend the dancing fork. The staff are lovely. The pool is on the roof which is actually very nice because you get a breeze, this resort is very quirky which we really liked. The location is not very touristy but again we liked this.the gardens is nice and faces the sea.

The beach is not a place you go and layout to sun bath, but none of the beaches in the area are.
