Staff is very kind. Cleanliness is superb. Everything is perfectly clean and disinfected Kitchenette is well-equipped (big fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, boiling rice, stove...) Breakfast is combined between Abalone porridge (typical from Jeju) and Korean breakfast (alternatively one day each) Comfortable bed and nice couch / sofa depending on the room / flat. You can park for free your car.

The dawn goes into the room/flat making a little difficult to keep going on your sleep. It has a curtain, but too clear to avoid it. In the summer the dawn is at 5.30 a.m.

The property is at a quiet neighborhood. The host is nice and friendly. The studio room is clean and well equipped. The abalone porridge served by host is delicious.

1. The staircase go up to the studio unit is a bit narrow. If you have big luggage bag, you might need to struggle abit when carry the luggage bag to the room. 2. Construction nearby the property area caused us have to use a longer route to reach the property. Hope the construction can be complete on time and the closed route can be re-open for other traveler.

Ara is a delightful host who does her utmost to ensure you have a wonderful stay at Boreum. And how could you not? The pension is located away from all the main accommodation spots on Jeju so you have peace and tranquility, but are still close enough to anything you need. From meeting you when you arrive until wishing you well when you leave, Ara ensures you are well looked after during your stay. The units are well maintained and the breakfasts are divine. As mentioned by others, they are served later, but for me that made me slow down and enjoy my mornings and not rush off to do things, which added to the restful energy I felt while I stayed. I can't wait to return and stay for longer. Tip. If you use GPS to get there you will only be taken to the start of either end of the lane that leads to the pension which can be confusing. Naver is more accurate

The host was wonderful! She made delicious breakfast and even delivered it to us an hour earlier because of our flight. The facilities are great, lovely appartment with everything you need.

The location is very peaceful and quiet and thus also a little bit out of the way of everything else. Not something I personally view as a negative, especially if you have a car. But it's good to note.

It was a great surprise! Perfect location to visit the spots on the area, new cozy place, Korean style with amazing views. We just regret not to stay longer. O would like to have booked all the Jeju stay in this place! The abalon porridge for breakfast is delicious. The kitchen is fully equipped. We were there in a very cold day and the underheating floor was amazing.

This is my second time staying in this pension and again it exceeded our expectation. Ara was very nice host. She would reply all our messages and ensure our safety during our trip in Jeju. Although the play is far but i felt recharged after i returned from my trip. The place is quiet and calm. Yes, we will be back to stay here..

The place was so clean and nice. My husband and I enjoyed staying there. It was quiet and family friendly.

We were visiting Jeju and we reserved a room for our friends, another couple, who wanted to travel with us, but they had some emergency situation. right before their trip. I was not able to cancel or get a refund although it was 4 days before. So please make sure to check the cancel policy. Otherwise the place was great!

the owner was very friendly. check in was fast and easy. she helped us to order food delivery as we didnt want to venture out again after a long day of cycling. the pension is very beautiful. breakfast abalone porridge was delicious.

the pension was a little difficult to find and involved cycling on dirt roads. there was only 1 bathroom for the 2-bedroom house (5 of us). swimming pool didnt have water in it, perhaps should remove from description.

Very homely, clean and warm welcome. The host was very friendly and extremely helpful. She helped us order dinner to be delivered to our apartment. Wonderful home cooked local breakfast.

A little out of the way and difficult to find due to an ongoing construction. No slippers and no wardrobe. towels given were facial ones n no bath towels. No bidet.

This was a very nice nest of townhouses in the middle of some fields close to the town, but not walking distance. It was a very quaint location and made a lovely change to the city accommodation we had in our travels. The host was lovely. The facilities were good, with a reasonably well stocked kitchen. Lovely Korean breakfasts were brought to your room at 9am.

The mattresses were on the floor but I could feel the springs. There is very little English in regards instructions but the host was lovely and managed to communicate quite well. She suggested restaurants nearby for dinner. The shower was a bit tricky, the water had to be manipulated a bit as it was not consistent but not a big issue.
