No drinking glasses ( but did supply wine glasses) Only 1 pillow each ( could not supply another when asked) Only 1 chair in room Lobby area is also breakfast area, would be cramped if many guests Had to search for restaurants to eat (mainly dessert cafes)

Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable, with a spacious room featuring brand new and stylish furniture, offering a splendid view of the traditional Hanok village through large windows. The luxurious ambiance of the room added to the overall pleasure of our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, for those with a rental car, the hotel provides a small yet highly convenient parking option, enhancing the overall convenience of our experience.

This hotel is right across the river from the Hanok village. The room was a good size and the shower was hot. The breakfast is simple but if you plan to eat your way through the village it is enough.

Two standard size pillows would have been nice but I understand the big and small might be a cultural thing.

New & clean facility. Location is great. Greenary facing balcony. Beautiful bathroom. No carpet floor (wooden floor 🤩). Comfortable bed & pillow.

Shower water temprature gets affected little bit when others are using water. Bedside night light controller is far away & turns on with other bright ceiling light.

Amazing property! Amazing facilities and spotless clean. All of the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help us if we had any questions. They also spoke English which was super helpful in times we didn’t understand. The free breakfast was also lovely to have any day. It’s just bread and cereal with coffee etc. But it was nice to be able to have something to start the day. The location is superb. It’s within walking distance to the hanok village, less than 8mins.

The free breakfast is simple but fits the needs. The coffee is decent. The best part of the hotel is the location. Every room has a great view of the Korean Traditional village without being part of the heavy traffic and noise. It is around 30-minutes walk to the city center/markets with lots of great and reasonable restaurants.

We are visiting on New Year's Eve. The weather was good but the room is too hot. The heating system works too well! We opened the window at night to cool down the room. The air quality was not bad and the street was quite.

The personnel at the reception were very nice and efficient! With a good level of English which was much appreciated. The hotel is ideally located steps away from the Hanok Village. The room was good with confortable beds.

Great hotel with excellent location. The best part of our stay was Bae, the manager on duty. Bae was extremely kind and helpful. He made our stay in Jeonju a special one. Thank you, Bae, for all your hard work!

Great location within walking distance from the Jeonju Hanok village. Spacious and comfortable room with a really lovely view overlooking the Hanok village. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was simple but perfect for us to just have something to eat and drink before going exploring.

The temperature control in the room was a bit too hot for our liking.
