Loved the beds very comfy for both of us.My granddaughter and I. Close to shops cafes and public transport. Naver app made getting around easier. Free bottles of water right near elevators and encouraged to help ourselves. Hotel was lovely and clean. Ladies on front counter had limited English. But I had Papago app (translation app) on my phone, and we managed. Breakfast was available, and if we woke before 9am, we went and got it.

The bathroom door had LABE written on the glass door at head height. So you could look in and see everything during shower and toilet use. I had a full-size towel, so we used that to cover the door. If this was a couple, probably ok. But single and 1 double bed means 3 occupants. One other thing was the hand towels provided as bath towels. 2 x 6ft tall women .1 with very long hair. We were there 10 nights so we managed but was glad I had a towel of my own.

The hand basin wasn't in the bathroom, which was a bit strange.

The room was very spacious. Floors were heated. The TV has log in for you to be able to use Apple TV and Disney+ without using yours but getting to the YouTube app was as easy to get to. There was plenty of water bottles at the front for you to be able to grab at anytime. They had this machine for your clothes that can disinfect and do much more really cool. Felt super safe at any point in the day. McDonalds and Starbucks is less than a 5 min walk and a convenient store around the corner. Breakfast had a decent verities it is a more western style breakfast. The entire hotel smelled amazing. There is an all you can eat KBBQ very friendly and it was about 19,000 won per person very affordable. I went two times within a week.

The body soap, conditioner were in packages rather than bottles. The Wifi kept giving me issues. There is no space downstairs to eat the complimentary breakfast so you would need to take it to your room. The area outside the hotel is not the cleanest so is not super family oriented. No nearby trains so you must take a local bus.

The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable. We had a window to look out of, which has been unusual in some of the other places we have stayed.

The breakfast had a good range of food but there was nowhere to eat it either than in your room or 2 chairs in the lobby. We were also disappointed that everything was in disposable form:paper cups, cardboard plates, and plastic cutlery. It would be good if Labe Hotel adopted a more sustainable approach.

The Staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Lovely clean rooms and plenty amenities. Breakfast choice of coffee, toast, eggs, jam, tomato, banana, instant noodles and rice cake snack daily was a lovely start to the day. Would definitely visit again.

This hotel felt very new and our standard room was full of mod cons. There was even an upright clothes dryer packed in the room. Smart room lighting, Netflix, high tech bidet, air purifier, good bedding and soundproofing made our stay super comfy. The daily roomkeeping was immaculous as well. There was a very simple breakfast provided except Mon am. If this good quality hotel is located in town centre then it would be much more expensive, it is great value as is. There are frequent buses just a few min walks away which takes around 20 min to Hanok Village and Train station. Not at all inconvenient as long as you have your Maps on your phone. . There were good restaurants within walking distances also. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Labe.

As per most other small hotels, staff couldn't communicate in English much but they more than make up by being super friendly and trying to help with respect. Just a headsup and not a complain at all.

It's a newly renovated small hotel in the downtown. Staff, especially the front staff at night was kind and helpful. The breakfast was a very nice touch; simple but yummy! What we truly appreciated the most was the complimentary bottled water and hot espresso coffee from main floor. The both beds were firm but not hard; just perfect for us. Linens were clean. The room was not big, but planed well so felt more spacious than the actual size. Strongly recommend for any trips to the city.

The room felt hot sometimes at night with Ondol, the Korean style heating system. However it was not a big deal as the room had both an air conditioner and an air purifier!

The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful. Serving breakfast in the room can actually be more convenient.

Although breakfast is available there is no dedicated breakfast area, it should be served in the room.

It is smart and up to date room. We loved that we have everything in a single remote control. Air purifier is also available in the room. This is the best reciption I have ever seen. He recognized my name, confirmed reserved nights, payments were already done through booking and withing a minute I have the card and ready to go to my room. Enough free parkings available. Several grocery shops within walking distance. We asked for high floor and best possible view but we didn't expect much, yet they were able to give us the highest floor with a good view between the buildings. This tells us that they took our requests in a serious consideration.

Value for money can be looked at agian and prices might be adjusted since the hotel has no lobby or gym with also friendly but tight breakfast time.

The room was very clean and smart (techy), that was very cool! And the staff was super kind!

The bed wasn't that comfortable, it was OK. The location is nice, there are a few restaurants nearby but if you want to visit the Hanok village you'll probably need a bus or a car.
