Hotel is in a good position to explore the city, front staff was very engaging and spoke good English , very helpful if you had any questions. It's a little boutique hotel that is run very well

They provided breakfast free, that is congee and cornflakes but for the cup of coffee you had to pay. Didn't like the mouldy smell in the lift they could have done something about it, the bed was OK,didn't like the rubber mattress protector under the sheet, it felt you sleeping on a plastic sheet

The staff goes above and beyond with everything they do. I am a business owner and can say the group working at The Vincent are exceptional at making guests feel at home and taking care of any issue one might have. I had dropped a credit card at a shop and they were able to trace down the shop and area so I was able to retrieve the card. The location, attention to details, cleanliness and communications with guests are excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is so nice! The staff was very helpful, and the room was beautiful and spacious. It's in a great location, near lots of shopping and restaurants, as well as the hanok village.

Not necessarily a bad thing, but just something to be aware of. The bathtub doesn't have its own separate drain, it just opens directly onto the floor to use the floor drain in the bathroom. I was a little surprised at first, but otherwise, it was great.

Short tax ride from Express Bus station. Close to Hanok Village and great restaurants. Staff was super friendly. I didn't eat in the cafeteria inside the hotel but I was offered a complimentary draft beer. The room was super spacious and clean. I could not have asked for more for the price I paid. It's close to the Hanok Village but not close enough to hear all the tourists buzz. Just love it love it! Next time I go to Jeonju, I'll definitely stay there again. No doubt! It's worth the money.

I LOVED this hotel.

awesome location and a massive room! the check in staff were great and provided a welcome drink which we could delay until later in the evening rather than directly on arrival. Hotel is within the Hanok village area so perfect for us as this was our main reason for visiting Jeonju. Also they have free parking available which was perfect for us as we drove from Seoul.

The breakfast included was very basic - congee and cereal only. We skipped it.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Staff very nice, facilities very good and spotlessly clean. Really good location, easy walk to hanok village, lots of restaurants around.

Only very small, there was a kettle in room and 2 disposable cups - but no tea or coffee. I had brought my own teabags (typical brit) so it was fine and they did provide bottled water in the room & there was a cafe - so it wasn't a big deal.

Super clean, super helpful and friendly staff, and got to meet the owner who was also incredibly kind. Room was perfect, everything exceeded expectations. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The location is pretty good, except there's a lot of street construction nearby so it felt a bit deserted when we visited. That's no fault of the hotel though. It's walking distance fro mthe main attraction area (hanok village) and was easy to find transportation to and from the bus station.

The location was perfect. Comfortable room, everything one needs. The receptionist Jen Baek is an incredibly helpful and competent young woman. She helped with travel arrangements, even a very early morning taxi. Without her help I don’t know what I would have done. Thank you. Would definitely return.

Excellent. Simply great. We were looking for something near Hanok village. Since we are retired, we couldn't sleep on the floor with hard mattresses. The Hotel Vincent is new and everything is in top condition. It has an integrated coffee shop that is open to the public. Now comes the best. When we arrived, Mr. Hwang Youm Sung was on duty at the reception. And wow: his English impressed us and made everything much easier. There are also other employees who speak English. Actually, only one night was planned. But with such great service, we were happy to stay another night. Thank you for the friendly service. It was really a pleasure Many thanks to the whole team.

What a lovely hotel. Wonderful location near the sights of Jeonju with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We could walk everywhere. The staff were exceptional in their friendliness and competence. We had a large twin room which was spotlessly clean. Relative to the price paid, this hotel was excellent value. I'd stay here again.
