All staff were very kind and helpful

Shower booth smelled bad. I stayed for 2 weeks and I noticed that everytime I shower, water stays on the floor and makes the booth really stinky like an old laundry. I could see the pink bacteria growing on the edge of the tiles. I think the shower booth needs a proper ventilation system. Elevator was really slow during busy time. One floor should only press one elevator at a time. It stops at every floor for no reason. Not enough underground parking space. Not clear instructions on how to use Wan-San parking lot. Staff should explain the time range for the parking permit (until the next day 12PM. After that W1000/hr), as well as when to submit the pass(when exiting) and to who(staff, when no one is there, drop in a jar)

The location is very good, being just a short walk away from the hanok village but also close to the centre of town with plenty of food options nearby, including a fried chicken shop directly across the road. Would highly recommend the coffee shop ‘Adam’ to any Australians looking for a decent coffee.

We stayed for 4 nights, for the final 2 nights our room service didn’t add toilet paper or new coffee sachets to our room. Though reception did deliver these things to us when we asked on the first night it occurred. The hotel is very new which is great, however there is still some finishing work needed. The door to our room was extremely hard to pull close. We couldn’t adjust the temperate in our room and it got very hot in the middle of the night.

I visited Korea for a short family trip and stayed at this hotel for three days and two nights. Since the hotel is relatively new, everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The facilities were spotless and gave a very fresh and neat impression. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit in the future. One of the highlights was its proximity to Jeonju Hanok Village, which allowed me to enjoy a lovely time with my daughter. There were also many great restaurants nearby, making it a wonderful culinary trip as well.

It is a good place in Jeonju, the same comfort as any Shilla. There are good restaurants around and close to sightseeing.

The main parking is always full and there is a second parking nearby, which is ok. But it would be great to print a small information with the location instead of trying to explain it to every single guest. And two point about ‘Green’ stays, I wonder why they are throwing the paper sleepers away and replacing with a new one every and why every single carton cup is packed in plastic…i am not picky about these things but just saying…

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was excellent — the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our trip so pleasant

However, the service at the rooftop bar could be improved. The cocktail menu wasn't very clear about the ingredients, and unfortunately, there was no menu available at the bar itself, it was only displayed next to the elevator. A clearer and more accessible menu would make the experience much better

Our first trip to Jeonju Hanok Village with my parents, and we had a wonderful stay at Shilla Stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were very kind and professional. I especially appreciated Mr. Roger Song at the front desk who was exceptionally attentive and responsive to my questions and requests. The hotel has a clean, modern atmosphere, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Very new facilities, modern interior. Location is great, amazing to walk through the Hanok Village and find good eating spots close by. Laundry room was exceptionally nice! And gym looked very cool!

3 people rooms are a bit small for 3 people. As in many hotels in Korea, no cold AC in early march, even though the room temperature went up to 27 degrees celsius with the sun shinning into the windows.

Great value for money. Laundrette facility an added bonus. Top floor bar great view but limited menu and drink options - no gin & tonics. Staff friendly. Easy walk to Hanok - which is buzzing on the weekend. Enjoyed Haeyuldam restaurant around corner - operated by 20 year olds.

Not the property but be aware not much open on a Monday.

Excellent location within walking distance to the town and hanok village. We got upgraded but even so they have great spacious rooms. Everything was clean and more than fair for the price we paid.

Gym was a bit bare bones but did have water bottles available which was great.

Location is near the Jeonju hanok village. Bed was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. We got free room upgrade by front desk. So we stayed at the top floor. Hotel is still new and clean. It has coin laundry facility.
