It was really spacious. Alot of space in the room. I loved the decor. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly, really sweet. They have a ramen machine and I'm so upset that I didn't get to try it..it's complementary. Convenient stores and restaurants close by. They also have an open market close by too. Everything is in walking distance. A taxi stand as well if needed. Very quiet area. Even at night.

It was a good hotel, quite comfortable and easy to get through. The Shower is pretty good quality as well.

It was a bit of a walk from the SED and the songtan train station, so it had its inconveniences from a walking perspective. But nothing else

I liked the organization of the rooms and the bathroom was very nice. Also liked the massage chair.

I was originally assigned an unclean room. The staff quickly rectified the issue.

Attendant was very helpful with parking. The room was as advertised, including the massage chair. Everything was clean and functional.

Property should invest in mastress toppers. The bed was so hard. If our stay was only 1 - 2 nights, it’s bearable but for long stays, the bed was very uncomfortable. Also, it’s says non-smoking rooms but you can smell cigarette smoke in the hallways.

The Manager attempted to remedy the situation by changing the room assignment. It has promise with gorgeous bathroom and paneled lightening. The bathroom was beautiful and the bedding was clean.

The hallways and first room assignment reked of cigarettes. I went to check other floors to suggest a room swap as a remedy. The other floors smelled of cigarettes. I sent a complaint to booking.com and was met at the door by the manager when I arrived from my work. He demanded the keys and impatiently implied I was changing rooms. And I had to hurriedly gather my belongings. The floor that he moved me to had a hint of cigarette smoke because they opened the hallway windows to air out the smell. My second room felt more comfortable, less smoke filled and was finally able to go to sleep after securing my door with a door guard I purchased. The outlets are co.patible with US electronics. For $10 US you can borrow a wall adapter that must be returned. The parking space was very compact. The gararge may hold about 15-17 small to mid size cars.I had to back up into a dark part of the garage so that another car blocked me in. Then they request the car key to move vehicles around when they feel it is necessary. TBH parking is a big issue in most down town areas.The breakfast bar is small, expresso and dried cereal 2 types and possibly milk. I didn't feel safe, hall lighting is dim and the smokers are the actual front desk people. The first night was awful. The remaining nights were average at best. I do not advise solo women travels to stay and people with chronic breathing issues. False advertsiement. Recessed lights inside the room is kinda suspect to be honest. There was a none working dome light that wasn't operable. It was not connected to the others that were activated by key pad and/or remote. I definitely felt unsafe here.
