The staff were very helpful. My Korean is very bad, so I was grateful their English was much better than my Korean. I was well looked after and given directions to places I wanted to visit. The location of the hotel was also perfect. Very close to everything, so I could walk to most places I wanted to go to and having AK Plaza/station just a few minutes' walk away was the icing on the cake. I will definitely return.

I wanted an extra key for my partner but was told only one key per room... this was not convenient.

The location was phenomenal. It's accessibility to the train station, taxis, as well as shopping, and endless restaurants. The hotel itself was quaint and cozy including the phenomenal room detailing services. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. Especially, helpful with coordinating rides for me and directions.

I didn't like the breakfast as it wasn't Universal as mentioned while seeking a hotel that advertised on-site breakfast with a variety. They should have been more specific.

The location is fantastic, very close to Pyeongtaek Station, bus stops and terminal, restaurants and stores. The room facilities were nothing special but good. Staff will make up the room daily at your request (bedding, towels, bottled water provided). Wifi was good. Laundry room was available.

The fridge had a glass door and the light flashed on and off very brightly throughout the night. I needed to hang clothing in front of it to be able to sleep. The air conditioner was very noisy! Twice I was asked to leave the room during the day for an "electrical check". I wasn't given any warning that this would happen. Towards the end of my stay, the quality of the towels became worse. Some were soft and fluffy, however many were thin and old, one towel even had frayed edges and a 10cm rip in it. The quality was lower than I expected.

The hotel is always affordable and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and convenience stores.

The hotel doesnt offer Netflix or any other streaming devices , i understand they gave us a laptop or a computer in the suite we had once by the hdmi cable is too short or damaged.

The hotel is fairly close to the subway station, it was easy to find. The bed is very comfortable and the room was clean. There were enough amenities in the room to make our stay comfortable.

There was no full length mirror in the room, the only mirror with sufficient lighting to do our makeup was in the bathroom, it’s a very minor issue that didn’t make our stay unpleasant.

I liked the local cuisine offering for breakfast. They had charging cords and plugs in the room which was nice. The water pressure was really good, bed and pillows were nice as well. Right by the train station with a taxi stand. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

Location, facilities and staff. Very helpful, friendly and polite staff.

Could do with more storage space for guests clothes etc. Apart from this, everything else was great.

It was a fantastic place right in the heart of Pyeongtaek! Great amenities and the staff are super! We had a great time here and was a wonderful spot to travel around locally as well as to explore further out, since the train and bus station are a minutes walk from the hotel!

The view, the quietness, the air-conditioning. the waterfall shower, the massage chair, the security measures, and finally the overall atmosphere of the room.

NETFLIX was not available in the Suite. The remote control was in Hangul but this is labeled as a go to tourist hotel. Front desk did help with translation. The mattress was a bit rough also. Fridge was not as stocked as I hoped it would be (mini-bar).
