The hotel was very easy to locate. There was ample parking space around the facility to park our rental car. The staff were very patient in making sure they understood me/my family's requests and translating/responding to us in English. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and fuss-free. I appreciate the hotel's efforts with regards to amenities provided and changing the linen/towels. The soaps provided were great. Although there was a convenience store onsite, a very decent supermarket is within walking distance from the hotel.

The laundry room was not available during our stay. The kids room was a nice surprise/facility to have but some of the toys/equipment were in need of some maintenance/TLC. While the entrances were elderly/wheelchair friendly, they might face some difficulty accessing the pool.

We chose this hotel because of the rooftop swimming pool. In a hot summer day, it was crowded but it's a good size and okay to play a bit with my son. But it should be noted that the swimming pool is quite shallow. It's designed to do some ball playing or so, not for swimming. The hotel seems to be pretty new, and the room was clean, and the size of the room was regular. We booked ocean view room, and the view was really good. The breakfast is mainly targeting Korean people, and there are many side dishes for Korean breakfast, but not very much of choices if you seek for only western style of breakfast.

The hotel is located in very rural area of Jeju, and there are not so much restaurants around, or places to visit on foot, which we didn't expect. I think this hotel is good value for money if you have a car. Regarding breakfast, we booked a 'breakfast included' option for 2 adults and 1 child at booking.com, but when we arrived at the hotel, the staff said that the breakfast is only booked for two adults, not for the child and we needed to pay extra for it. I showed the booking.com reservation that clearly indicated the number of people and indicated "breakfast included", but the staff said that the hotel system only adds two breakfasts per room. So be careful when you book "breakfast included" option traveling with your child(ren).

The staff were SO friendly and helpful! It really made our trip. The pool was great and the view was beautiful. The room was super comfortable and the air con was brilliant too. Loved it!

If you’re looking for a busier area with lots of restaurants/cafes, the location is a little far out! There is a great bus though that goes pretty much everywhere (airport included) and the stop is right outside the hotel. We really enjoyed the quiet though!

The view from the balcony was amazing! Comfortable room and facilities! The staff was supremely helpful and really kind! There is a convenience store in the hotel which makes it easier to buy stuff! There are ATMs and food places accessible by foot!

I wish the washroom had a wall! There was glass which was not completely opaque! It can get a little uncomfortable with friends! There are no cafés or breakfast places nearby which makes it a challenge to have breakfast if you’re not having in the facility! I’d suggest you pay for breakfast earlier as it is slightly expensive in the hotel!

Goos location with view of the sea. Helpful and friendly staff, who helped to replenish bottled water upon request. Liked the little souvenir store at the lobby area.

Not enough indoor carpark lots for guests. Some amenities usually present at four star hotels were also not available e.g. toothbrush.

the location is good, the staff is very friendly. the room is spacious and clean. We love our stay, the CU store is very convenient if you need something quick to snack or eat. A lot of restaurants nearby for a 5 min drive.

The parking situation is hard especially if you arrive late at night and there is no parking for the car coz it is mostly full.

Hotel is located in a relaxing environment, away from the city centre. It is approx 30 mins to Hallasan and Seogwipo, close enough to the attractions and to sightseeing in the southern part of the island. Ample car parking available. Staff are friendly, helpful and daily room service is provided.

the rooms were clean and spacious. there is a souvenir shop and a grocery store inside the hotel. there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel.

There are almost no restaurants nearby. You have to be well prepared if you plan to use public transport as the hotel is far from all the activities to do in Jeju

Nice hotel provided your view isn't obstructed by the large building right in front of it - if you don't specifically book a room with a view, you probably won't get one! Breakfast was a full and varied buffet, very good. Adequate local eating options, comfortable beds.

Wi-fi wasn't very powerful - just two of us using phones in the room and it wasn't steady.

They upgraded us to an ocean view. It was beautiful. The staff communicated well (we don't know Korean). They lent us phone chargers at no cost.

Breakfast was just OK.
