Great location. Looks like a new hotel. Everything so clean. Didnt expect breakfast but great. Check in gentleman very kindly let me check in early. Staff really helpful and friendly despite language barrier. Staff had very limited English. Not their issue of course but mine but we managed ok with google translate.

Only one point i would make in addition to the language was that i sent some queries before arriving regarding which bus stop to alight at etc etc but only got reply the day after i arrived.. better communicatiion would be be great.

Location was great, near to the Olleh Market + many eateries. Room was clean and spacious, with a (slightly obstructed) view of the ocean. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure and temperature was good. Complimentary breakfast (bread, cheese, eggs, butter and jam), common kitchen (small soup pot, bowls and simple utensils provided, condiments were not) and laundry room (free to use after 5pm, detergent provided) were great bonuses. The common area is clean and very comfortable to chill out in. Very nice room. Good selection of soaps and shampoos. Plenty of dry towels. Breakfast included, though basic. Bottles of water in the fridge. Very clean. Firm bed - some may consider it too hard but I prefer a firm mattress. Within walking distance of cafes and bars, including Olle Market.

Entrance is not very inviting. No divider between the shower and the toilet so you get wet feet going to the toilet. There was a kettle but I could not find any mugs. I prefer an electricity socket next to the bed.

Perfect location close to the market and possibility to visit the waterfalls. Good value for money. Calm quiet, loves the products even face lotion and toner provided. View was great. Aircon worked fine. The TV with Netflix are amazing (I just didn’t find the English subtitles) Basic breakfast was ok. The coffee machine is available all day.

The location is super close to bars, restaurants and public transport links in Seogwipo. The bed was super comfortable and the shower a good pressure. The staff (particularly one guy on the reception) is super helpful. The roof terrace has lovely views over the city

I think I drew the short straw with my room on the second floor but the noise from reception/the breakfast room, coupled with my broken blinds, meant I didn’t sleep very well

The location of the hotel is great, very close to many attractions. The toiletries were of really good quality, and included The usual plus facial tonner. Has free, basic breakfast in the morning, which is a great way to start the day. Views from the rooftop were fantastic

The beds was comfortable, however the frame has this round piece sticking out all around it so you had to be careful not to hit your toes.

Location is perfect. The room is clean and spacious. Within walking to many eateries. Seogwipo Olle Market is within 7min walk. Do not miss out the popular chicken restaurant Jejusluvdak (10min quick walk) and the best Tteobokki I have eaten in Korea @Jjanggu Korean Snack which is only 6min walk away. Comes with free washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided as well. Will definitely stay her again when cmg Jeju.

There was a limited breakfast available as well as a number of coffee and tea selections. Very comfy bed/ pillows. Loved the decor. Rooftop patio was a nice plus! There is a 24-hr convenience store right across the alleyway, and an excellent restaurant serving black pork barbecue and delicious sides right across the street (from the hotel parking area).

Trying to dry my hair at the sink (where the outlet and mirror are) I couldn't see one side of my head due to lighting. The only light in that part of the room is above the door.

It was a much newer building, had a reception desk that was staffed. The room was larger than expected, and quite clean, and had all the amenities needed. The staff was very open to helping whenever help was needed despite language barriers, even helping us order take out, do laundry, and contact another hotel and airline using their own phones. The location is close to lots of shopping, Seogwipo Olle Market, convenience stores, small restaurants. The hotel also offered free laundry, eggs and toast in the morning and a coffee and water machine. They had instant noodles available for $2 and had an instant noodle machine.

The parking situation was a bit odd, you did have to leave your car keys with the front desk due to double parking. The good thing was that there was an alternative parking lot a minute away (this parking lot was hard to park in but we found this to be the case all over Jeju). One other thing to keep in mind is they only offered house keeping one time during our stay, so stay tidy.

Very nice staff, there is free laundry from 17:00 to 00:00, which was great. The kitchen is well maintained, just clean after yourself. Great rooms and great location.

You have to ask them to clean your room and only after 2 nights but it was fine just keep the towels to dry after the first night
