We stayed at this hotel primarily for its location and were surprised by the spaciousness of the room. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the popular Olle market with plenty of restaurants, shops, and local eateries - perfect for exploring the area. The view from the room was lovely, with a nice view of the Saeyeongyo Bridge and the sea. There is also a 7-Eleven conveniently located on the ground floor for quick purchases. The room was exceptionally large, probably one of the biggest we’ve stayed in recently. It came with many amenities including a washing machine, a large fridge, dining table, kitchen area, and a comfy sofa. Drying racks were also provided upon request. The breakfast buffet was good with a decent spread of Korean and Western options. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and a fantastic location. However, improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and design (especially in the car park and bathroom) would really improve the guest experience.

Free on-site parking was available across 4–5 floors, but the parking lot design was a drawback. The slots were quite narrow, and it was nearly impossible to exit the car if parked next to a larger car. Additionally, the ceilings in the car park had multiple leaks, and water was dripping in several places. The bathroom was functional with good water pressure and basic toiletries. However, the glass doors of the bathroom and toilet lacked locks and weren’t fully opaque - so privacy could be an issue for friends or families with children. Cleanliness was a concern - there were hair strands visible in various parts of the room, which was disappointing.

The hotel is close to the port. It has several floors, from the top floors very good view to the seaport, until the building next to it will be completed. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. You can find everything you need - including washing machine which was great to have. The hotel has a mini-market at bottom floor, where you can buy even stuff for a single washing. Parking has also several floors - it was not a problem to find a spot.

Breakfast seemed to be overpriced - not really any Western options and staff also did not speak English there.

This was my 3rd stay at this location and I will be back. The rooms are huge and the breakfast buffet is ample. However, be sure to check ALL faucets and drainage before moving into your assigned room. If you find a problem (as I did), ask for another room and check everything again there. In short, plumbing needs more thorough maintenance.

The room was very big. Beds were also very big. There was a clothes washer and sink in the room. The air-conditioner was good and there was also floor heating. Breakfast was included in the price. Lots of car parking.

There is a clothes washer but no dryer. The breakfast was basic but not too bad. Housekeeping had to be called to come clean the room.

Korean style breakfast was decent. It is not for International traveller

Room light switches were scattered at different location. Hard to find out at first.

Location is great and the hotel was very comfortable with lots of parking!

There are no rooms suitable for two friends (two single/twin beds) but we upgraded to a large room and all was great :)

Spacious and good location near to market and easy to access to other attractions in Seogwipo such as both Jeongbang and Cheonjiyeon waterfall and Chilmsini food street!

Sound proof can be improved

The room is spacious, clean and beautiful view.

The change of bedsheets is upon request, housekeeping staff did not take initiative to change bedsheet when there was ointment stained on it.

Good place to stay in Jeju, close to the city with free parking!
