Great location a short walk from the centre of town, and also convenient for a couple of the Olle trails. Friendly staff. Room was large and comfortable.

The amount of light in the room when trying to sleep is ridiculous. There are multiple bright LEDs on the air conditioner unit and on some of the switches. The control panels for the lights and air conditioning were back-lit at all times, including the one built into the headboard literally inches from your face. The router had multiple flashing lights that looked like a disco unless covered with some clothes. It seems to be a recurring theme in South Korea in general, but it would be so much better if the room you were sleeping in was dark!

Great location within walking distance to the market and falls. Staff was super friendly and provided restaurant recommendations too. Although we did not get to use them, the hotel was well equipped with facilities (roof pool and terrace, gym, karaoke room).

It's a little hard to find. GPS may bring you to their back entrance parking lot where there is no signage or directions. We had to make 2 rounds around to find it despite GPS. it is more easily identified from the front facing the main road and the waterfall.

Convenient location surrounded by eateries within walking distance. There is also a convenience store right within the hotel itself. Rooms are big and there are many power outlets for charging of devices.

There is a weird smell on the first floor from the passageway to the convenience store. It will be good if the variety of breakfast menu can be changed daily.

Great kids facilities. Looks like they're adding more facilities too. Pool was super warm. My kids loved this hotel. They thought it was super fancy because the taps were gold. The place looks like it was fancy back in the day but it's a little dated now, however it appears to be having money spent on it to do it up. We hired a car while in Juju (highly recommended) and parking at the hotel was easy. Staff are very helpful. We stayed in a suite and it was really spacious. Sadly the TV was only in Korean and we could not see any way to login to our streaming services instead. A kitchenette should have been helpful and it would have been more convenient for us to have a washing machine in our room. There was definitely space for both of these. However the laundromat facility in the hotel was good.

Having to put toilet paper in the bin was a bit yucky. We actually didn't notice the sign saying not to, as it wasn't in English I think we just overlooked it. Our toilet flooded and we needed to switch the water off and then reception brought us up a plunger to fix it ourself.

We stayed for 2 weeks in January. The kids playroom was awesome for our almost 2 year old daughter, as was the small "arcade" room tailored to older kids or adults. Breakfast was quite alright, although focussed on Korean dishes and not so much variety over the 2 week period - to be clear, not continental breakfast: there's only one type of toast, one type of butter and one type of jam. Croissants, although available, are dry/stale. The television was all in Korean, including the smart tv options, with no way to use YouTube or switch to English. The room was alright. Shower and soaps provided were perfect.

Parking, although alright during our stay in what I imagine is low season, is outside around the building in limited spaces reserved for hotel guests and was only just enough. We did not like that we had to indicate "make up room" just for the trash to be emptied, especially with no trash cans in the corridor.

Overall, everything was great. Location, accommodating staff, facilities. Good stay.
