The hotel is centrally located just a few minutes from the airport shuttle bus' drop-off location, is near to Seogwipo Olle Market and lots of other restaurants. The room I booked, deluxe double room, was big enough for my big suitcase and for staying for 4 nights. Also the view of the city and seaside was very nice. Loved that.

The only thing was, that the room's A/C was not working. Despite the surprising but positively nice and warm weather, it was too hot in the room. During the day, the temperature went up to 35+ celsius degrees and when telling the stuff that it was too hot, they told me that only the heating was working and the only solution would be to open the door... even opening the window during the night didn't really cool down the heat. So, i think, for this the hotel could improve.

We were surprised at how clean and modern this hotel was! Our room had a big window with a nice view, and there was a chair and little table. There is a basement with modern washing machines you can use for a small fee. In the lobby there are tables that you can use to eat or work or... There is also a computer that guests can use and you can print documents for a small fee. Staff was friendly and helpful. We received clean towels and little water bottles every day, even when the 'do not disturb' sign was on our door. (They would hang a bag with fresh towels and water on the door.) The location is also very nice: near the market and other restaurants and near busstops. If I'm ever in Soegwipo again, I would stay here again.

The rooms are a bit small and don't have much space to leave your stuff (e.g. no wardrobe or shelves), but this definitely doesn't outweigh the positives!!!

The value for money is fantastic. I wish there were more places that offered rooms like this! I stayed in a single room for six nights and was very happy with how the small space was laid out, it was very usable. The room had a lovely big window with insect screens so there were no issues with mosquitoes. The location was great as every place I wanted to go on the island had a bus running right outside the hotel, just a minutes walk - it was very convenient for someone relying on public transport! There are also quite a few attractions within walking distance which was great.

The bedding was clean, however there were a few marks on the walls where it looks like people squashed mosquitoes. So I was happy enough with the cleanliness but a little extra would make it perfect :)

The price/performance ratio for this hotel was excellent. It was really clean and the location was super convenient. It is central and right next to a bus stop for local buses and just a short walk to other buses (i.e. the ones that go to the airport, and for hiking the Hallasan mountain, Seongsan Ilchubong, Yakcheonsa temple etc.), the Olle market is just around the corner and literally thousands of cafes, eating places etc. are also located nearby/next to it. Great place to stay if you want to explore more of the island, but also want to be in the town with all it's proximity. I also had a great communication with the reception staff and had a lot of good tips about what to do and see from her! :) The rooms are small, but not as small as i had expected from the other reviews. At least when it comes to the single room, the bathroom was decently sized and I had enough room for my luggage in the main room. It was also cleaned daily and water bottles were replaced regularly. The bathroom is Korean type i.e. the shower part is not divided fom the rest of the bathroom, but that is not an actual issue. The most hotels/guest houses have it like that and you just have to remeber that the floor will be wet after taking shower (for this there are bath slippers).

Not really a problem, but I was there at the end of November and the room was so well heated that at some points it almost felt too warm. But I guess some might even see this as an advantage. It did not bother me too much, so I did not ask to lower the heat, but probably it might have been possible. Anyways this is just a tiny thing and overall the hotel was great!

The room is small but modern, clean and equipped with everything needed. It's quiet and comfortable overall. Self check-in is done contactless on arrival. There is a 7/11 inside of the hotel which is convenient. There is a 24/7 laundry self service.

- make sure to book your breakfast vouchers on the screen on arrival for all your stay, this is the only way to get a discounted price - breakfast options are quite limited and overpriced - for the entire stay I didn't meet anyone from the staff at the reception

Great location - town center 100m walk to Olleh Market with great local food selection. Rest is fairly standard - big 10 stores hotel in the town center, reasonably comfortable but nothing special. 24h reception, breakfast available but rather pricey, 13000 KRW. WiFi OK, not very fast but working. Our room was on 10th floor so quiet. Bright room lighting, Small fridge and A/C working quietly.

Our twin room was rather small and had no furniture apart from beds and small desk - no place to put your clothes, we kept it on the floor.

The hotel is near to Seogwipo Olle Market, I had dinner there almost every night! Also, it’s close to the bus and some tourist spots. It’s also near Starbucks and there’s really a lot of good restaurants near the hotel. The staff is also helpful! I don’t have a socket for my phone and bought a wrong one. The staff was kind enough to let me use a charger but of course for a fee (but don’t worry, it’s refundable! Also, I love how there’s a washing machine! I stayed there for 5 nights and glad I was able to wash all my clothes before leaving. It’s 4,000 won per wash and per dry. 😊 If you’re on a budget, I gladly recommend that you stay here in this place. 😎 Lastly, you can store your luggage after check out so you can check out more places before your flight back home. :)

Everything was modern and clean, great cosy corner room in this hotel for a solo traveller, with great views of the mountains and city! Safe and easy check in with two entrances/exits for opposite sides of the city. Great location and a very short walk from the Olle traditional market which, by the way, has some of the BEST food I tried on my whole two week trip to South Korea. The breakfast served a nice variety of food in the morning also :)

Those planning to visit Jeju and stay here or in Seogwipo - be aware of the transport travel times if wanting to have a tourist day in Jeju City or anywhere up North. Without a car it can feel like a lot of time is being taken.

Has everything you need for a good price. The room was clean and the family room was big enough for 3 people. The checkin and checkout was convenient with the self-terminal.

At night it was a bit inconvenient to find a parking lot. But after searching we always found a spot close to the hotel

Great value for money. Loved the comfortable beds, mosquito net in the window, parking, automatic check-in/out, convenience store in the building and the location (very near the Olle Market). So it really matched my expectations.

Small room, I wouldn't be able to open my suitcase. Small bathroom, a tall person wouldn't be able to use the toilet properly. But we stayed only for one night, so it was ok.
