Starting with complementary parking garage, there are two levels so finding parking space shouldn't be an issue if you arrive there not very late. The building and facility looked very new and clean and they have a rooftop you can access. There is a CU convenient store on the lobby level which was very nice to have. Plenty of restaurant and shops nearby within walking distance.

Only downside is if you arrive to check into the hotel late, you might be out of luck on parking but they did mentioned alternative parking lots nearby and they reimburse you on that.

Breakfast was ok. Korean dishes and butter and jam and sunny-side-up eggs. It was very hot in the rooms. And if the air conditioner is turned on, it blows on the head. Spacious rooms and a large bathroom. A large restaurant, but if you come after 8:30 you have to wait in line to enter.

The room is basic but it matched the price you pay. No kettle in the room but you can asked for it at the front desk. Room is a bit stuffy for our liking, we had to open the windows for the cold air for some ventilation. For those with kids, take note there is no window grills so you might want to keep those windows closed. Location is good, with plenty of food choices within walking distance. The BBQ pork restaurant just outside the hotel serves great food! No english menu but we eventually got our food ordered.

Spacious & clean Bus from Airport 45 mins and changed to another 15 mins. Total about 1 hour. Cost $5/person in total Near the night market. Can walk Walking distance to good food (black pork BBQ), ABC mart, eMart, small family restaurants, cafes. There's a 24 hour mini mart at the hotel "Nice to CU". Easy to grab cup noodles, etc. Near bus stop There's a kettle in room to make drinks

Need to navigate to find the hotel upon arrival through small road. OK about 5-10 mins walk Staff not good in communicating in English

This was a very comfortable stay on our 3 week trip in Korea. I would highly recommend this hotel to people planning a trip to Jeju Island.

There was a lack of coffee/tea provided in the room. While it didn't bother us too much, it would have been nice to have the option

Excellent location. Within walking distance to Seowipo Olle Market, convenient stores and lots of BBQ restaurants so one dun have to worry about food. Good service and loves the smell of the hotel shampoo and shower gel. Check in and check out are very smooth. Lastly, there's a bathtub. My kids enjoyed it.

Lived at lower floor (4th), facing the carpark entrance. Can hear ppl talking rather loudly from the ground floor. Insufficient hangers( didn't request for more)

beds had mattresses that were upside down, so the were uncomfortable the first night. we flipped them over them they were all good.

Love the location. We walked to the Olle market, the waterfalls and Seongsan Ilchulbong

The beds were not so comfortable and the bathroom floor always became wet, because the water is leaking from the bath to the floor
