Loved the hotel and the staff. The room was lovely, we chose the city view room and it had a balcony (though some chairs in the balcony would have been nice instead of empty). It is also well connected with nearby bus stops (but because it is in Jeju island, the things to see are spread out and having a car would be a better option overall, they do offer parking but I can not say how it is as we did not have one rented). In the hotel you will also find a small shop with souvenirs and snacks, we asked and the microwave is usable for outside food. They also helped for a taxi reservation for the day of our departure, really grateful for that. Thank you!

My one complaint would be that having only one chair was uncomfortable for us as we liked to sit down and have a meal face to face in the room, we made do sitting on the floor.

Wee were upgraded to a seaview room but you could hardly see the sea on the first day due to the rain! Next day much better. Rooms wer a good size with comfortable beds and good quality bedding. Daily cleaning. we didn't try the breakfast. Bathroom was fine with full sized towels, something not always seen in Korean hotel rooms. Good value, though it's probably more expensive at weekends.

There's a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee, which was disappointing as I didn't really want to go out in the raiin when we arrived. Probably shouldn't have booked Seogwipo for a short stay without a car as it is far from the airport.

The location was good. The staff were friendly and let you leave your bags at the front desk. Elevators worked efficiently. Room was clean and had everything you would need. They provided two bottles of free water in the fridge. I was here for two nights and selected do not disturb to avoid cleaning. When I arrived back to my room after the second day they left a bag of clean towels and 2 more bottles of water. Check out was easy. The only down side was that the room was very warm at the end of march and the balcony door did not give enough of a breeze to cool down at night.

The property was clean in the room was comfortable. There was plenty of space to plug in your chargeables. The breakfast buffet was excellent and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was decent sized. I never felt crammed for space while I was in there.

The parking was not great. If you’re used to parking in Korea, you probably have no issues. There were a couple times we were stuck in the parking garage because only one car could pass through at a time. We made sure we were in by 7 PM every night so we had parking. We did not love the view of a couple of our rooms.

Nicest and helpful staff. The hotel is located in close proximity to the seaside which is beautiful, there are lots of restaurants and convenience stores close by and the whole vibe of the area is very relaxing, great for walks. Though Seogwipo is quite close to the most scenic sights and they are easy to reach them by bus or if you rent a car, it is important to note that all of the organized sightseeing tours depart from the Jeju city which is 1.5 hours away by bus. The rooms are spacious and clean, the safe and mini fridge are also quite big, soundproofing is superb, unless someone is in the hallway, you wouldn't hear a thing from the neighboring rooms.

Some of the facilities do need a bit more attention from the staff, my room had a broken door handle on the outside, the whole handle literally came off a few times. Other than this, I had no issues during my stay, really nice hotel, great value for what it costs.

- The room we booked wasn't marked as sea view but we did end up having a sea view from the balcony and onto a little island it was beautiful. - There is an area downstairs where you can sit to relax and there's a microwave which came in handy. - The location is very good, within 10min walk of the waterfalls and the Olle market. - Staff is very kind. I experienced a health problem and required a hospital trip, they kindly contacted a taxi for us asap and also asked if we required an ambulance instead. When I got back they were worried about me and asking if I was OK now. Very nice of them. - Still regarding staff, I put 'do not disturb on the door' as I did not require a room clean, they still left a bag of fresh towels outside my door which is the first time a hotel does that. That was a nice attention.

The only thing I would say is that we had a balcony with a nice view but there is no chair or table to enjoy it. It would have been nice to sit outside on the balcony to enjoy it.

Very nice hotel in the center of Seogiwpo. The structure is clean and has very large, comfy and clean rooms. We got an upgrade of our booking and we could stay in a nice room at the 11th floor with an amazing view over the sea.

We had a very good stay, maybe the only note we have is about the staff at the reception. When we asked how to move around the island from Seogiwpo, we got only a map with bus routes, and not much more info. But this could be due to a language barrier. But this is a minor note and overall it was very nice.

The location is amazing! Took me about 30 minutes to get to Cheonjiyeon Waterfalls and less than 10 – to Jeongbang Waterfall – and all on foot! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and even though I couldn't talk because of a sore throat, the communication was very easy anyways. The room was spacious and well furnished, and I got a full sea view – which was super nice! Breakfast - wouldn't say it was great, but it was good for sure. Thank you for your hospitality!! :)

The staff is friendly and helpful. Great location in Seogwipo, with bars, restaurants, and local tourist spots nearby. However, other attractions on the island are farther away. I can't comment on public transportation as I rented a car, which I found essential. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a bathroom featuring a tech-equipped toilet, a good shower, and quality amenities.

The hotel parking is limited and has tight spaces, with most guests not respecting the parking lines, making it even harder to park. The rooftop has a nice view, but it seemed a bit neglected, and you have to pay extra to use the hot tubs.

The room is very clean and comfortable, and the balcony offered an impressive view to the sea. The hotel is right by the Olle Market, where you can find a rich variety of snacks, foodstuff, and souvenirs. One can easily make a ride-share call at the hotel entrance, and the nearest bus stop is just a ten-minute walk away. Overall, an excellent experience!
