Extremely helpful and professional staff going the extra mile to help guests. Friend and I were stuck at the foot of the mountain trail at night with no busses or taxis that can be called, we reached out to the staff who ensured that they would call a taxi to pick us up, and made every single effort to ensure that we were safely picked up by the taxi driver, and stayed in contact with the taxi driver. Hotel staff in question also went the extra mile to contact the management team of the mountain trail, who kindly found us and led us to a shelter while we waited for the taxi driver. Left a tip for the staff who went the extra mile to ensure our safe return.

The only thing that fell short was that I wasn't able ro retrieve more cash for tipping the staff who helped me in order to show my appreciation, as there were no places which offered cash withdrawals for foreign cards around the hotel.

- Room was very big, modern, and had been recently renovated. Overall, the room was very very nice - Even though our room was supposed to have city views, we actually had sea views, which was a plus - Staff was friendly - Breakfast was very complete, both with korean-style and western-style breakfast options - Everything looked clean and renovated - Nice area close to restaurants and public transportation, as well as some sightseeing areas (waterfalls, etc)

Convenient location with many eateries including a famous Gimbap take out just next to hotel and a Paris Baguette across the hotel .

Door to shower room not able to close hence water splashes out of the shower room . Pillow too soft and no extra available

all necessities are given except for toothpaste and tooth brush.

parking are limited especially if you are driving SUV/MPV. you will have to park further away from the hotel and walk back.

It was cheap though comparable to other high-class hotels. Staff were nice and eveything went smooth from checking-in and checking-out. Location was great since it was near the Olle Market and there are a lot of bus stops around too.

Heating system was still running but was understandable due to the cold season. Though we preferred to have an airconditioned room. Most of the staff have difficulties in communicating in English and I hope they improve as they will be entertaining many English-speaking tourists.

Room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. There was parking available for hotel guests. Hotel was walking distance to the market hence if you need a quick run for food it's just a 5-10 minutes walk.

Hotel staff wasn't the friendliest, but they did just enough to check you in and out. There was no self laundry service available in the hotel. No amenities provided besides the basic bath towel and shampoo and shower gel. Bring your own toothbrush, comb, conditioner etc. Bed only has 1 pillow which is so soft it gives you a neckache the next morning.

Personnel was very kind in helping to rent a car when we struggled. In addition, extra towels were delivered when asked. The local fruit market five minutes of walking away was an amazing local experience where the best Jeju tangerines can be found and other street food can be eaten. The beach and waterfalls are also within walking distance.

Hotel walls are somewhat thin if you are having a large family room, like ours and the next one to us, it was loud at times.

Good location

1. Such a big hotel but they only had 4 disabled parking and 1 small parking. The parking facility that’s available was a block away. 2. The toilet in our room had a flashing issue they only fix it temporarily which keeps occurring. 3. Freezer does not work (ice cream melted within 30minutes. Front desk don’t speak much English, hard to communicate without google translate

Free parking and great location for exploring Jeju (which is really big). Restaurants nearby as well as markets. The hotel had a full on breakfast buffet which was great. I might start eating chilled buckwheat soba for breakfast back home, but they also had western favorites.

Wasn't a problem, but it can take a while to get your car back if they are busy....so plan ahead.

The location is spot on. The concierge team is kind and accommodating. Although the hotel car park on the premises closes at 11 PM, the concierge was very helpful in explaining the situation and guiding us to a nearby car park. Overall, it is an affordable, accessible, and accommodating hotel.
