Wow what an absolutely beautiful hotel ! Everything about it is OUTSTANDING: from surroundings, facilities, to exceptionally kind and professional staff, especially reception staff - you are absolute stars! We also appreciate a lot the laundry service free of charge, it has done us huge favour during our 3 week trip around Korea. Breakfast has multiple options and is changing after few days which is also great. Three days stay was too short as we have just started to get relaxed, were both sad to leave. We will definitely be back when we will return to Jeju!

The room was huge with a balcony, overlooking the pool and view to the sea. The staff were very polite and friendly, in particular the young English speaking receptionist who kindly suggested some places to visit, local trails to walk, recommended local restaurants and organised a private taxi for us to experience local tourist sites.

The location was a little out of the way of nearby Seogwipo, needing a bus, car or taxi to explore. There is a small town within walking distance with restaurants, an excellent gift shop and small harbour, but it is an uphill walk back to the hotel. A suggestion for the hotel is to perhaps include a courtesy bus travelling a couple of times each day to and from Seogwipo. We were in Jeju for such a short time, much of it wasted trying to figure out where the town was and how to get to it.

The hotel building, amenities, location amongst the tangerine farms is spectacular. You can walk to parts of the Olli trail, and from the hotel you can enjoy the view of the ocean, islands and greenery. I did not realise it would be so far from everything else which is difficult in the extreme heat. If your stay intentions include walking and swimming in their beautiful pool then this hotel is for you. For ocean swimming you will need to travel. Breakfast was extensive, the rooftop was also a favourite to visit for us although from this position on the island you do not achieve the sunrise views clearly.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel, we loved our time here. Big room, comfortable bed. The bath with a view was incredible. The staff helped me surprise my partner on his birthday with a cake and a bottle of champagne. They were so helpful, kind, enthusiastic and responsive. They all signed a card for him on the day!! Very special hotel. We hired a car and spent one day visiting sites nearby and one day over in the east part of the island. It was very nice coming home to the pool each day!

We originally booked at a different hotel nearby and were so unhappy with the room that we had to leave. Beware... Photos of some of the Jeju hotels can be misleading.. This hotel came up in our search so we went and requested to see the rooms first. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were very happy with the cleanliness of our room and facilities so stayed. Easy to get to sightseeing places and I also highly recommend renting a car in Jeju. (beware of the frequently changing speed limits!) there is a EV charging point at the ground. If you are vegetarian, Korean restaurants are not veggie friendly. Staff asked me for dietary restrictions first when i booked at the hotel's resto which was nice. What I would do next time? I would stay here longer in Jeju as it is a BIG island! also I would definitely stay at this clean and quality hotel.

Very clean, kind staff, very nice swimming pool. It looks the same as in the pictures. You need a car to get there, 10 min from seogwipo old market. We got lucky and got the 5th floor, views are stunning. Available 24 hour free laundry (that was very convenient), includes dryer also. About the restaurant (la Scala): the fried chicken, the fried rice with prawn and the spaguetti pomodoro with seafood very tasty (RECOMMENDED) while the cheeseplate and the pomodoro aglio and oil we definitely NOT recommended it

The time of breakfast, lunch, dinner is a bit limited, considering we re spanish :), so dont expect to start dinner at 21.30. Also the waitress is very nice but she doesnt speak english, although she solved the communication issue by translating with the phone.

I have stayed in this hotel for a week and all in all I have really enjoyed everything! The location is very nice, particularly if you have a car, as parking is free and at disposal. It's relatively close to all major routes and many touristic attractions and at the same time it has everything one could need locally! Gym, nice swimming pool and roof top places to relax. Laundry room with washing machine, drier and detergent are also at disposal. Breakfast has a large choice of cuisine and items - in quite enjoyed a combination of croissant and waffle - a croiffle, among many other things. Much recommended as an overall experience! The staff were very kind and helpful in all cases, but just to note, not everyone spoke English so they directed you to the person who could translate/help you out.

This hotel is somewhat deceiving from the outside, it is quite opulent inside. If find of exudes and old world charm. The service if really great, everyone is super helpful. The rooms are ample, we had a 2 bedroom suite, it was perfect for our family of 4. The hotel has a large heated pool and modest gym. There is also a free to use laundry room which is handy if you need to cycle some clothes whilst on your travels.

The highlight is, of course, the in-room jacuzzi and the lovely pool area. There’s also a free laundry room and an activity room with various games.

I think it’s a bit of a pity that the breakfast buffet isn’t included in the price and is extremely overpriced, as are the restaurant prices. We haven’t tried it because of that, which is a shame — it would have been nice to have everything conveniently nearby.

The swimming pool was really small! (In dimensions and depth), and the menu in the restaurant could be improved. Not at breakfast but for the other meals; (too much fried food, and very basic dishes, with barely any fruit and veggies)
