The hotel is huge! The outdoor pool is great and gardens are stunning. The beach behind it is also amazing. A bit of a hike to get too so just be prepared for a lot of stairs. A lot of local tourists as guests, but as foreigners it wasn't western friendly. I did enjoy the pool concert on most evenings and watching from the balcony was lovely.

The hotel itself is hard to navigate. When you first walk in, the check in counter isn't there- it's around the corner. To get to each area, it's not a far walk and hard to navigate. It's not really seamless since it's so big. Everything is expensive! Buffet breakfast price was an absolute joke- ive never seen prices like this in any hotel I've stayed at before (last year we stayed at 17 hotels alone) Kids club is fun, but empty and also pricey for what you get.

We received the upgrade of the room. The room was extremely spacious with amazing sea view. We were shocked that despite of the rain the outdoor swimming pool was on and that water's temperature was 33C. That was the highlight of our Jeju trip. Also the opening hours were long. Breakfast offered a wide range of food. I especially liked the avalone porridge. We also enjoyed bowling and karaoke room and tennis court. The bus to the airport with extremely comfortable seats. We will definately be back. Heated mirror in the bathroom was a game changer.

That the days passed so fast and we needed to check out.

Pool was great for the kids and the Charlotte room was clean and updated. We walked over to the Shilla next door and their pool was tiny and the ambience there felt more stiff. Lotte Jeju was definitely more kid friendly, with a small arcade and bowling alley. Our kids loved all the options on the resort.

Accessing the beach itself may be difficult for some people due to the large number of stairs that need to be taken. This is not the hotel's fault by any means - the hotel itself is not as close to the water and is on a higher elevation probably to avoid rising tides or other weather disasters. The beach was great so you should certainly go at least once. My husband and younger son went several times - they have more energy than me!!! Also the Charlotte rooms are in the annex and you had to walk quite a bit to get to our rooms at least from the main lobby.

Such a great hotel, with so much to do! It’s located super close to a few different waterfalls. If you’re traveling with a family, there are so many museums right around the corner from the hotel grounds! There’s also a rental car office located inside the hotel if you want to get out and explore on your own! The food is absolutely incredible, from the breakfast buffet, to room service and the lounge! You can’t go wrong with any option! The staff is so accommodating and friendly. Overall such an incredible experience, and won’t stay anywhere else on Jeju Island!

It is grand and pretty, with great pools for kids. My children enjoyed it. We booked a mountain view room for our parents and it’s very spacious. They hotel also arranged our ocean view suite to be beside our parents mountain view room which was great. The suite needless to say was spacious, spotless and looks really nice, esp when it overseas the pool, the ocean and the windmills. We stayed for 6Ns and it was great. Housekeeping was good. We also used the kids activity at level 4, they had drop off classes for kids above 4yo and I signed my three kids up for muffin baking class which they thoroughly enjoyed, the guide spoke English to them even though the class was predominantly in Korean, so they didn’t have issue following.

Their breakfast and lunch buffet have almost identical menu. And having stayed for 6 days of breakfast and 2days of lunch, I was getting pretty tired of seeing the same spread by the 3rd meal. Considering it cost about 60USD per adult (after hotel guest discount) they certainly could do better with the spread and variations.

Lovely large rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, spotlessly clean, good restaurants, great cafe and coffee! Also close to the beach. Large pool area. The hotel is a family hotel and has lots of kids and people in the pool until late in the evening, complete with entertainment. This means that some of the rooms that face the pool have audible noise, into the . It’s worth noting that the pool area is not a quiet relaxing experience.

It would be great to have an outdoor pool somewhere for those persons who would like to relax quietly, So that there’s something for everyone !

The best hotel I visited during my stay in Korea!!!! Hotel staff is exceptional. Food (breakfast) is amazing. Yes, you can find some other options outside, but breakfast & dinner are so valuable at the hotel. Aldo, the shuttle bus is so convenient. Every one is amazing at that hotel. Beds are amazing. The room is so convenient. So clean! Views are stunning !!! It made me keep using Lotte hotels.

Check in and check out process are so long and it can reduce 40 mins (each) of your whole experience. Check in has two steps (why?i had never seen that). So you need to take check in/out in your timings.

Very clean and cozy room. We had an amazing view over the hotel area and the ocean. Facilities are great (we used the spa, the gym, the indoor swimming pool, the arcade, and the bowling lanes). Breakfast and dinner were great (but very expensive).

This is on us - but we did not understand that ~95% of all the guests were families with small children. Quite impossible to relax by the pool, so if that is what you're looking for this is probably not the hotel for you :)

Everything was well kept, rooms were clean, and food was good.

The lifeguards around the pool were inconsistent and too strict with the life jacket rules. The adult pool required life jackets but some lifeguards let us use it and some started yelling at us that it was required. We also used a ball that was made for throwing in the water but the lifeguard stopped us from using it but everyone else was throwing lotte brand balls and they did not say anything. Overall the lifeguards ruined our time at the pool and we did not return.

The hotel was fantastic! The breakfast was amazing, and there were fabulous dining options at the bar to include an afternoon tea and special strawberry desserts. The heated pool was quite the luxury, especially in the winter. The ease of access to the other areas of the Jungmun resort and to the beach area was fantastic, and gave lots of options for walks and things to do. We were thrilled with our stay!

The only thing we were disappointed in was the temperature of the hot tubs -- they weren't very hot! The pool was generally warmer than the hot tub.
