The hotel staff exhibited exceptional kindness, and the individuals at the 'MoMo Cafe' were attentive to our needs, serving us delightful and visually appealing juices. Regrettably, I cannot recall his full name, but I believe it was either Seunghyun or Seungyeon. His warm demeanor and welcoming attitude continuously draw me back to dine at the 'MoMo Cafe'.

While staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Pangyo, I observed that the rooms have an excessive amount of dust. Moreover, replacing the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers with transparent ones would make it easier to determine if they need to be refilled. On this occasion, I had to ask for a refill of body wash as it had run out. Furthermore, the lobby on the first floor, which serves as the hotel's entrance, emits a very unpleasant odor. It is regrettable because I think that adding air fresheners or flowers in that area would draw more customers to the Marriott Hotel.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. There were so many kinds of delicious foods and the price was reasonable. Need more fruits and the entrance was long and you have to wait for the receptionist. Better to avoid the crowded hours. The room was quite big but it would be better to separate the bed room and the living room. The bed was firm enough.

The area is a little noisy. I could hear the street noise during the night.

Really impressed with how clean everything is and how friendly the staff are. It’s great that they remember guests!

The only letdown was that the buffet menu is exactly the same as three years ago would have loved to see some new dishes.

Location at the Techno Valley is great with a number of close by malls, restaurants, shops, etc. Breakfast is as usual - GREAT along with the staff. Concierge Team is absolutely amazing.

The lounge hour on the top floor could be be extended by an hour at least to cater to those guests like me coming from work outside and arriving tightly late.

For me, it was a first being in Pangyo area. Loved the view (need room w/ view) of the river and pedestrian bridge. Very open. Lots of food choices downstairs with great coffee & bakery options right at the bottom of the hotel. Close to the subway. Great room staff with room service (for extra water bottles), concierge (to call taxi), and front desk (they extended my stay in the same room when I needed to add a few days),

You have to use 2 elevators to get up.. I affectionately called it the elevator shuffle. Lobby is on the 8th floor. So once you're done checking in after day 1, every other visit to your room or going outside, you take 2 elevators switching at the 8th floor. My trick is you have to hit 2 buttons that are separate. 3 elevators total, left 2 are on one button, and right elevator on another. No other downsides to this space (unless you have a car.. not sure about parking).

*Breakfast VERY good, with lots of variety so even if you are vegan/gluten free/etc.. you'll find what to eat. Even had Philladelphia cream cheese😄 *Location is very central and close to the Innovation City. I took cabs so don't know about transportation.. *Known foods in the area-Starbucks, McDonalds, The Coffee Bean..

*Room is nit that big and I had to move furniture around to be able to open my suitcase. *No baths, just shower. *Not much to do around. No big stores/shopping malls/attractions. So, location is good mainly if you come on a business trip and work nearby..

The best part is the location. It's situated in the Tech Valley just 500m from our Pangyo HQ and just 400m from the nearest Hyundai Shopping Mall. The location is surrounded by restaurants serving international foods.

the location is excellent and close to our Headquarter (just 10min walk) and close to lots of restaurants, cafes, food options and parks.

I'm travelling with a vegetarian colleague and I thought the hotel could offer more vegetarian options.

Amazing! Everything was great. This is what it should be. Obviously high prices for room service but worth the experience and service
