Hotel manager/ receptionist was very friendly - thank you for allowing me to do an early check in! but the Hotel had all the amenities; toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, towel, hair dryer. Had daily cleaning service and water bottle replenishment! Was worried that the bed in the Deluxe Double Room would be small for two but it was alright for two short girls !

Hotel was quite far from the closest subway station - Yeongdeungpo Market Station. The roads were bumpy and took around 15-20mins to drag luggage to and fro the hotel and the subway. Bathroom was one of those Korean ones where the entire bathroom would be wet after a shower. The sliding door of the bathroom would be soaked after showering. Would've been better if the room had a stool or a chair.

For Seoul standards an absolute value for money hotel. On 8 minutes walk from the subway, located in a quiet part of the city. Room with a perfect view. Just a normal, average and good hotel.

The staff was incredibly kind. I came very early (like 10am) and check in wasn't until 1500. I wanted to leave my bags but they went ahead and let me check in. I really appreciated that. The room was huge. I didn't need the extra space because i was alone but it was very very nice to have. The bed was comfortable enough. I couldn't find the towels so I went ask. The gentleman at the desk came to show me that everything is in the medicine cabinet in the bathroom and he noticed my room was cold so he helped me use the thermostat as well. It was very considerate of him. The wifi works very well as the rooms all have routers in them. Keep in mind your keycard has to be in the slot to ensure the room has power and the router comes on. The location is excellent. It is about an hour and half from ICN Airport by train and the train is less than $5usd. It is about 10 minutes walking from the metro station. There are several restaurants nearby and convenient stores as well. I was on a low floor so I didn't have the view but I wandered to the higher floors and could see the view was beautiful. I had a 10am flight from ICN so I left at about 5.30am to catch the train, it's cheap but taxi's can be quite expensive all the way to that airport. The front desk was attended so it was very quick and easy to check out.

No complaints

The place is near the National Assembly and a few minutes of walking to several subway stations. The nice thing about the hotel is that it is literally surrounded by multiple 24-hour convenience stores, beautiful quaint cafes, and other restaurants.

The location was great and the place was very clean and comfortable and pretty quiet. The staff are very kind and welcoming. Great price!

I suppose some guests might be picky about the look of the rooms and bathrooms which are a little dated, but it was clean, functional, and comfortable which is all that truly mattered to me.

Nice vieuw, cheap lots of 24 hour convenience stores close to the hotel. staff is friendly and reasonabele they meet your needs. the subway station to every place is close. most famous places like itaewon or hongdae are max 25 min away with the subway or busses. Overal best hotel i have had in a while!!

Honestly Nothing

The location was quite and there's a nearby convient store around it that you can grab food at night or in the morning its really accessable.

The location was far from the station. But it was worth it to stay there.

Location was not in good to find.

From the top management down to all employees, everyone was so kind and very hospitable.
