The hotel is in a perfect location—right in the heart of the city! Easy access to shops, restaurants, and just a 20-minute walk to the beach. The room was very clean and smelled really nice, which made a great first impression. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were amazing—honestly, some of the best we had during our holiday (and we stayed at 8 different hotels across Spain!). Room very clean with all the Having access to the pool was definitely a bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable.

It did take us a while to find the hotel, and parking in the city was a bit of a downside—we ended up paying £21 per 24 hours. A kettle in the room would have been great for tea lovers, but we understand that it’s not common in Spanish hotels. Overall, a really lovely stay. We'd happily come back!

Location, staff very friendly, breakfast was ok and restaurants right outside your door. Taxis are available as well and the beautiful church next door.

No clear directions on how to get there. Major headache. Once you find the parking garage it’s literally around the corner. No one knows it’s called Exe. Ask for nueva torres luz and the locals will point you in the right direction. Always ask for the statue of Elton John to be precise. We walked 10 miles even though we had a car rental. We found fruit to be our only option.

Very clean. Very well managed. Friendly professional staff who all spoke English. The breakfast had a nice range to choose from. The hotel is superbly located for every thing you need whether it be shopping dining or no more than 15 minutes walk to the sea. They were very obliging when it came to checking out. We could keep our room until 14.00 pm and they happily looked after our cases while the evening before ordering a taxi for the 20 minute drive to the airport

The only little thing was the pool was not in use which we were made aware of before we got there to be fare but if we could have had that facility to chill out it would have been the perfect stay

Excellent hotel located in the heart of the city center of Almeria. It's ideal for a stay in the city with all main attractions around. The hotel is really central, near bars, restaurants, nice views. The room was spacious, extremely clean, people in the hotel are friendly. The pool is great and has an amazing view!

There's only one slight issue, and it's the lack of a bar on the rooftop pool.

Overall, we had a really good stay in a standard double bed room. It's really good value for the price. Positives: The room was very clean, good size, beds were comfortable, quiet, and had a minifridge, TV, AC, a desk and table, couch. The hotel had a small gym and a pool on the 3rd floor, both nice and clean. Good price and great location!

There was no welcome water or coffee machine in the room (which is a standard for a 4-star hotel). Some of the appliences were a bit dated (ex. termostat and wallpaper). Only got one key for two people. Reception forgot to give me the wifi password when checking in. There was no free parking, parking in the street is also not possible close by, as its very central.

It was a stay that exceeded our expectations. The hotel is located in teh centre of Almeria, some minutes away from the Cathedral and historic centre. The staff was very accomodating. It was also a nice addition to have a pool and a gym to burn a few of the calories of the countless croquettes I had consumed.

Location was good for both the grand Ramblas and the fortress.

The room felt a bit more like 3.5 star rather than a 4 star one and the TV , whilst a good size, had very few chanels for other than Spanish speakers. No tea & coffee in the room -but there is a free automatic drinks station open almost all the time, so not too big an issue.

The location of the hotel was brilliant. It was very central and the fact that it had parking underneath the hotel was an added bonus. Our room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay.

The items on offer for breakfast were adequate but the bacon and scrambled eggs on offer for a cooked breakfast were a little bit disappointing as both items were not being kept very hot.

Very clean rooms! Our room was overall in very good condition, and the airco was very welcome. The pool is a very nice place to stay and relax. The staff is very friendly and always helpful
