The view of the harbour/bay is amazing. Very serene and peaceful. The apartment is clean with sufficient beds and blankets. The price is extremely affordable and absolutely worth every penny. Sufficient furniture, all required kitchen appliances are there.

Accessibility is difficult without a personal car. The check in counters are operational only for a few hours. Better directions over email to reach the location. The washing machine needs to be replaced. It's a very old manual model.

First of all - a very nice lady at the reception - thank you! When it comes to the facility, I had a lot of doubts because it is a large building and I expected it to be crowded and give an average experience (we chose this place because the location suited us). I must admit that it was a hit - the resort is really big, but you don't feel the presence of other guests at all (apparently in July and August it looks a bit worse ;). The apartment is large, very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen (three sizes of cups to choose from!), and above all - it has a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea and marina. There is a table with chairs and deckchairs. We couldn't go to sleep, we felt so good there :) But the beds are also very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace with the rising sun - a fairy tale. There is a glass elevator, there are swimming pools, easy access everywhere. Underground parking costs 10 euros/night (we had been before the high season, so there was a lot of free space outside). A few dozen meters from the entrance there is a marina with cafes and restaurants, on the other side there is a small rocky beach with clean sea and a beach bar (delicious tinto de verrano!) The area is beautiful, mountainous and rocky, the coast is clean; close (15 minutes by car) to Calpe and Penon de Ifach (delightful!). A few kilometers towards Calpe you can find Cañón del Mascarat - a walking area among the rocks. The surrounding towns are also delightful. And an interesting fact - a bit behind the entrance to the marina, the road is crossed by the prime meridian - but it is not marked, you have to find it with a map :) If we ever come back to this area, we will definitely stay here again.

Our apartment had a bathtub, not a shower - a matter of taste, I just don't like bathing :)

Good size appartement, view outside is amazing, location is great. Restaurants and harbor are around the corner. In pre-season nice and quite. Staff is VERY friendly, helpful and speak well english. They make you feel welcome and communicate very well. When we complained about loud neighbors (shouting and partying in the middle of the night) they immediately took action and called them the other day

Elevator was out of order for three days on arrival so we had to walk 5 stairs with our luggage. It was fixed afterwards and can happen but this was a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately after two days we got very noisy neighbors who were partying and stayed out on the terras until 3pm. Although the organization has no fault in this and they even took action, it surprised me how well we could hear everything through the walls of our bedroom. I guess in pre-season its fairly quite, in the mid of summer when all apartments are full you will clearly hear other people around you.

It was the right place to go to chill out, peaceful and the port view and the sea views were beautiful. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Everything you need in the kitchen and more. The staff on reception was great she listened,was helpful and her smile said it all. We will be going back again.

The only thing that I could say was a problem for myself was , there was not a walk in shower, as I have problems with my spine and getting in and out of a bath is very difficult and there was no slip mat, and the bath when wet was very slippery. But that was only a problem for my self.

Rooms are huge and condition older but very clean. Fantastic location on a quiet beach with a terrific cafe serving BBQ steak or chicken with salad and chips for 15 euros with the best staff created "Nova Mas"....and 5 minutes walk to a marina with yachts and restaurants. Only 15 minutes from Altea but seemed like an oasis among Altea's crowds and heavy traffic.

Room 45 shower leaked water from underneath on floor which I'm sure staff will rectify and the power point beside the main bed was faulty and needs attention. This did not affect our stay which was superb.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was a good size. A big balcony looked over the sea and marina. Ever changing view of boats and all things nautical. The receptionist staff were all very good.

Apartment could do with some modinisation. Small table on balcony. Dishwasher did not work reported day 2 and 5 but not fixed.

Such lovely staff at the front desk! So helpful and kind. The apartment was amazing value for money - what a view!! Had all the basics you needed.

The beds were quite uncomfortable for my taste, a bit too stiff. The furniture & decor were clean/modern but quite uncomfortable and sterile. Although fair value for money in my opinion.

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. Our sea view from the seventh floor was impressive combined with the morning sun we were more than happy with this location.

The occasional noise from the renovations that were taking place but we were out for most of the day so it was not a problem.

Good value for money. Clean and modern. ideal for base location situated near marina with just a few nice bars and restaurants to choose from.

Swimming pool ridiculously small and pointless and sunbathing area far too small with only 3 sunbeds!! Location is quite off the beaten track so would say taxi or car needed to get anywhere.
