The view was second to none being on the frontline and overlooking the beach and Calpe rock.

The room was basic and a bit tired. We wanted a double bed with a sea view but had to settle for a 3 single bed room despite being only 2 of us. Had they taken away the 3rd unnecessary bed we could have had somewhere to sit with perhaps a coffee table. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been good rather than a 20 euro charge for a kettle and a coffee machine which didn't work.

Great location and facilities, we were only there for 2 nights. The breakfast is like a bun fight, and not great quality. the staff in there were very unhelpful.the parking charges which is very common in Calpe I think 30 euros for 2 days ? Ouch

Great hotel for short stay, rooftop terrace with wonderful views and pool it's The Best! Have 2 pools + one small for kids. Quite comfortable bed and nice sun proof curtains:)

So noisy cleaning ladies, always loud speaking and noks in your door early in the morning if you forgot to put outside "Do not disturb". We like this hotel, but this problem with cleaning staff is always the same, please change it for keep your customers happy ... Gym room is old, not so clean and need a refreshing Breakfast till 10AM , if you arrived at 9h30 there's not big choice and nobody will cook you omelet or coffee machine is not working. When you on holidays you would like to sleep longer and not be awake with cleaning ladies and hurry up for breakfast. On the Rooftop we was refused to order the drinks at 17h30, but it's open in winter normally till 18h00. But the receptionists was so good, helpful and smiling, thank you so much!

Great location and fabulous views friendly staff. Rooftop bar was closed due to rain and had very limited opening hours. We would have liked to spend evenings up there with Tapas

Awkward having to check in an only after that can you access the garage. Intercom would make it a smoother process to enable check in after accessing the garage. The acoustics in the breakfast room were terrible and made it feel like a canteen. No fresh juices or gluten free bread. Coffee substandard and machines slow. Zero personal service. Pools not heated.

The view from the pool & bar on the 8th floor is exceptional and is a very nice way to spend a morning in the sunshine. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, well-decorated and amenities were provided. We got a very good price for the 2 days that we stayed and was excellent value for money. The location is right on the beach front with views of the Peñon de Ifach. The old town is a 5-minute walk up the hill. The selection at breakfast were fruit, cereal and various types of milks, porridge, breads, pastries, and a full English cooked breakfast. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juices were all available from the machines.

On the first day, we went to breakfast around 9:15 (breakfast is 8-10) and there was a long queue (we had to wait about 10 mins to be seated) - they should be able to cater to everyone at any time. I believe in season they would have more staff to support the staff working, but out of season there were few and they struggled to cope with the demand - fault of the hotel, not the staff. The staff worked very hard and were welcoming. 2nd day we arrived at 8:45 and things were much better.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and a great selection. Staff on breakfast hall were very nice. House keeping staff were very friendly in general and especially helpful when rain got into our room after a storm.

The staff on reception were very helpful when you needed information, but I think they could be friendlier to people when they are passing in out of reception or acknowledge them more. It just makes it all feel more welcoming as the foyer is quite impersonal and big, so a warm welcome would be nice or a hello as you pass in.

Breakfast food was good & there was plenty of variety. Location was good & close to beach. Elizabeth at reception was lovely, friendly & so helpful. The roof top pool was a great addition. Staff in general were friendly.

Breakfast from 8:30 onwards was chaotic. We were at the hotel for a hiking trip-we were told that only coffee and cookies were available to us prior to 8:00am-a continental breakfast would have been great. Two single beds are not ideal. The air con was poor.

The location was brilliant.

Not a single sun umbrella in sight. Roof top pool and bar were lovely but too hot to stay for any length of time without an umbrella. As they didn’t have a sea view available with a shower which we paid for, we got 1/2 board which we didn’t want, did use it for lunch a couple of days. Would have preferred a refund of the difference. Breakfast a bit chaotic. Hard to find breakfast tea.

Staff were very helpful when i needed to book a taxi to the airport. The cleaners were always very polite and good standard of cleanliness. The room was spacious and good storage facilities and a lovely view and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast choice great and good choice on the coffee machines

Nothing really. the dining room was very busy at weekends but the staff worked hard to overcome this.
