I have stayed here too many times to remember! Close to everything (food, beach, and party life if you want that) supermarket down the road. If you get the right room you can even get a sea view, big balcony, and the apartment very spacious. It’s basic so no hairdryer or iron etc, but then the price is good, so no complaints at all. It’s just what you need if you’re staying for a few days for the fiesta like we do.

The location was fantastic! The size of the room for three of us was absolutely perfect! It was very comfortable and the view from our balcony was lovely. Having 2 separate bedrooms really helped, there was free WiFi which was accessible everywhere, it was fabulous!

The pool was really too cold, but it is February so that could have been why. But honestly it was unbearable! It would of been nice to know more when we arrived, we didn't know there was an indoor pool which was much warmer, we didn't know that there was no food available at the hotel, we wasn't made aware that there was a games room, so in short I think the staff need to be more clear in their communication, however, some of the staff were lovely.

Our second stay here. Fantatic staff. Excellent location within easy walking distance of everything. Spacious rooms. Great bar, good downstairs game area, nice indoor pool, and great outdoor pool (dipped feet in as Februarys a bit cold). Will definitely be back.

Just some small issues on this break. There was a very strong smell of sewage in the double bedroom that was predominantly worse first thing on a morning, had to keep windows open, and there was only one frying pan, nothing else, very limited utensils. Didn't spoil our break. However, for others, it could be a problem.

As I have stayed here several times I Knew to bring a hairdryer with me as none supplied in rooms The shower tray can easily overflow but easily rectified with extra towel on floor

Excellent location, very close to beach Beds comfortable and big rooms The kitchen has facilities which were helpful Didn't use any other facilities in the hotel. The indoor pool was a great hit with kids in the winter, but the floors etc could be cleaned.

No hair dryer, and reception also didn't have any (stated on website they do, so I did not take one. The indoor pool could do with a big clean and spruce up, Also the sofa bed mattress had no blankets or sheets on, and was very grubby when we opened it up. Luckily we didn't need it, just wanted to use it for a movie night (but it was too grubby)

The hotel is spotless and has everything you need for a self catering apartment, we had two bedrooms with good size beds full kitchen with supplies if you wanted to cook and a Laundrette in the basement so I was able to get all my washing done before coming home. All the staff are amazing and super friendly they can't do enough for you and the games around the pool area are great for everyone to join in, from children to adults everyone gets involved ,the food and drink in the hotel are very reasonably priced and very tasty. I would definitely come back and stay here the apartments are so close to everything the beach front , shops , nightlife . It definitely beat my expectations.

Only complaint I have is the sofa bed in the living room area was broken so my daughter had to sleep on the sofa itself which isn't really that comfortable. I did request every day of our stay for someone to come look at it but that didn't happen.

Location is excellent short walk to the beach and loads of bars and restaurants close by, with a great view from our lovely big balcony. Outdoor pool was lovely and well maintained, in-door pool was a Huge Bonus, water was lovely and warm and very inviting. Room was lovely, bed was cosy and heating/air-con was a huge hit. Plenty of kitchen items everything catered for, although we didn't eat in. Bathroom was spacious with lots of toiletries & towels for our stay.

Maybe missing a dressing table and some shelves in the bedroom / bathroom.

The reception staff were helpful and informative, the reps organising the pool games were good fun. Having access to three pools was great depending on what atmosphere you preferred at any given time. Aircon in the apartment worked very well, we had a brilliant view from the apartment balcony also. The curtains kept the sun out perfectly in the bedrooms which most hotels don't get right. The location of the hotel is excellent!

The tiled areas around the pools & associated toilet blocks could be done with being tided/mopped more regularly (doesn't take long to get dirty feet) and the apartment did feel a bit dated. The sofa bed in the apartment wasn't in great order.

Lovely clean apartments, bit smaller than what we’re used to but family of 5 managed fine. Building looks a bit run down from the outside but don’t let this put you off. It’s a great location. Very close to the beach. Poolside entertainment was great. Big shout to blackie blackie who was hilarious when getting people involved. Great asset to have. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was our daughter’s 9th birthday whilst we were there and whilst we were out staff had very kindly left her chocolates and a card in the room. Highly recommend

Nothing to not like. Only thing I could say is sinners round the pool always seemed to have towels left on so people could save them leaving no free ones for people who were actually in the pool. Also one of the patio doors wouldn’t lock but we was on 7th floor so unless Spider-Man was around, no one was coming in.

Everything you need was in the facilities, the staff are so polite they gave a 💯 per cent always had a smile on their face and the gentleman that was at the reception was amazing, he does a brilliant job to please everyone so helpful and kind, the entertainment was excellent. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, and it was spotless and had no complaints at all, we would definitely stay again, and the location is just right, 5 minutes walk to the beach and the nightlife is a 5 minute walk too. We are already talking about our next stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone to stay here. Well done to all the staff you do an amazing job.
