Hotel is excellent, staff were lovely, rooms were clean. Couldn't fault this hotel at all, myself and my family had a very enjoyable week here. Air conditioning also worked perfectly (I was worried after reading reviews) I would honestly stay here again no problems..

No reflection on the hotel whatsoever, but good to note there is a bit of a hill up to the hotel for anyone that struggles with mobility. Felt that the sunbeds could do with being updated as quite a few broken ones, also pick wisely were you situate yourself as the sun creeps behind neighbouring hotels throughout the day.

What did you like? - fantastic location, close to strip but not too close - ⁠lovely modern and updated decor - ⁠lovely pool area - ⁠very friendly staff - ⁠love no smoking on site, no smelly smoke or cig dumps around the pool - ⁠comfy sofa bed - ⁠Staff very attentive with keeping the pool area tidy, moving rubbish and beds tidy - ⁠drinks were reasonably priced

- the stairwells and corridors were very dark, should have automated lighting for safety - beds were very hard - ⁠only 1 shower room facilities on change over day - ⁠lack of mirrors in the apartment - ⁠could do with a tea towel to dry the dishes - ⁠no soap dispenser in the bathroom for washing hands

Having visited Benidorm many times this has to be the best place we have stayed by far. The apartments were very clean, super spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the air con brilliant. The pool and bar area was also very clean and not too busy. Added bonus was no sun bed wars.

The only minor fault was the shower is quick to flood but after day one we worked out to just put an extra towel down which wasn’t an issue as they replaced them daily.

Location is good, short walk to the beach about 5-10 min (little up hill when coming from the beach), lots of restaurant near by and supermarkets. Swimming pool area small but so nice, because of the tall building near the sun is not always on all sunbeds but always sun in the garden. The staff was so nice and helpful, we will defiantly come back to this place, great stay with families and kids.

The elevators were a bit slow but on vacation patience is a good thing ;)

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, excellent location, beach, strip, everything no longer than a ten minute walk. We even walked to Aqualandia in 20 minutes- location wise it was perfect for us as a single adult travelling with two young children, no noise at night either. The only taxi we got was from/to the airport!

You had to chase the sun around the pool as a high rise blocked the sun at certain times of day- this wasn’t a real problem for us!

The hotel was clean and in a great location for us. The staff were all very helpful and facilities were good. The rooms were clean, bright and airy. It was very quiet with very little noise from other rooms.

There was some work completed on the water system 2 days before we left and the hot water was affected after that, but prior it was excellent.

Apartment was very clean, had everything you needed and good space. Staff on reception were very friendly, pool area was clean. Just a short walk from bars and beach. Air conditioning was well used.

Nothing to not like as such, but if you do have problems with mobility, the apartments are up a bit of a hill, just mindful some people may struggle a little.

Room was ready for check in early. Very clean. Fairly quiet Everything you needed

The air con is not cool enough (even with doors and windows all closed) asked reception however was told the building is one temperature throughout so if you like your room very cool this is no good as you cannot alter the temperature.

The apartment and facilities were great, spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We hadn't been to Benidorm before and while the hotel is amazing, I wouldn't bring my family here again just because of the location and noise levels from neighbouring hotels and apartments . Not hotels fault as it was fab
