Casa Mistela is a beautiful, charming boutique hotel in the picturesque town of Xaló. It is a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, with a variety of authentic local restaurants within easy walking distance. I was only there one night but John and Sonja were fabulous hosts from start to finish and provided a wonderful breakfast. Excellent value for money and would highly recommend.

Beautiful property, brilliant location, very versatile in being able to accommodate a booking for a couple but also a large group booking with fabulous use of the facilities throughout the property.

The location is at the edge of a beautiful town enabling access to all facilities by foot. The breakfast had an enticing selection all beautifully presented and even better in taste, set in a lovely tranquil area by the cute pool..

Lovely central location, easy walking distance to restaurants. Visited in October, popular for cyclists & hikers to explore the mountains at this time of year.

The whole property is beautiful and a little gem in Jalon. Breakfast was lovely and fresh especially after a run. Our room was a wonderful size, all extremely clean and comfortable. Location in centre of Jalon and easy to walk to anywhere in the town.

Lovely warm welcome from John and Sonja in their stunning home! Truly a beautifully decorated property it had everything we required for our stay and more. Located on the edge of Xaló town, it was just a short walk into the centre. The package included a help yourself continental breakfast with freshly prepared croissants and orange juice, coffee and a range of cold meats and cheeses, scrambled eggs were offered too. All enjoyed in the stunning rear garden by the pool. Our room came with a small terraced area, power shower, air conditioning, TV, a very comfortable bed, even a coffee pod machine. Can't rate this property or John and Sonja highly enough! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended. We will be back!

The breakfast was excellent the whole stay was excellent and the service was above and beyond our expectations

The weather was un seasonally cold, -2 degrees bedrooms were warm and cosy but a little heating would have helped in the seating area. This may not ever be necessary as I am sure the cold was an exception

We had a lovely time at Casa Mistela. It’s a beautiful house, our room was very cute with complimentary items inside and bathroom had a huge shower. The owners are very nice. Tasty breakfast served in the morning, and free parking near the house. Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the garden and pool. We recommend Casa Mistela!
