Location was great. Lovely lady on reception.

My room smelt as if someone had vomited in it but It hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. We tried to get served a drink twice during our stay in the bar. The bar attendant seemed to be trying to serve the dining room and run the bar at the same time. The lady from reception then came to serve drinks in the bar but that left the reception unattended. The staff were trying to do too many things at once. Needs a bar staff member on in the evening at least, if not all day.

Highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels and to be honest, I think this hotel is much better and it is significantly under priced. The staff was awesome and helpful. If I pass by there again, I would stay there again.

There was nothing I dislike. I got much more than I bargained for and it was very cheap. I really felt bad about how much I got for the money. Thank you very much for us ASA Hotel

The location is in the middle of the Ondara shopping complex, which is a good thing if your going to the shops! Children might not like it so much. When we had to extend our stay the staff were extremely good to us and did not overcharge us.

The evening meals repeat every 2-3 nights and the staff were short handed when we stayed. They did their best.

Very nice and new hotel, with a great breakfast and good surroundings, several stores, options for eat and groceries around, plus it has an amazing view of the mountains Easy parking, great staff We even extended our stay a bit We really appreciated

The location was perfect. It was Clean and good decorations and amazing smell. The hairdryer was the best i ever had in an hotel!

The Fact that there was no fridge in the Room and also not having cushions on the sunbeds, that made them quite uncomfortable :(

The location is super convenient, although suitable for business travelers not holiday makers. The hotel had recently opened, the rooms (we had the family suite) are a great size, super clean and the common areas are really nice and calming. Breakfast was also superb.

Friendly check-in and iverall very friendly staff. The room was spottless and very tidy. Breakfast was really good and tasty.

While the room was nice, it was on the small side. The Hotel is next to a highway and on a industrial area, therefor going out for a walk was not an option. We dis know that in advance so no problem for us.

Convenient location with shops and other facilities very close. Parking available. Staff good - spoke English! Soundproofed rooms despite being alongside busy road.

Noise when using outdoor facilities but realise this was no fault of hotel.

Not keen on duvet covers that open at top and bottom. A little odd to wake up during night with the duvet coming out of cover. Perhaps quick for staff turning rooms around?

The A/C is controlled by a central controller which is locked by the hotel and give the guest extremely limited control of the A/C in the room.
