Fantastic hotel. Lovely staff, immaculately clean & the highest quality, perfectly laundered linen I have ever found in a hotel. Towels were also gorgeous. Fabulous sea view from room and even deck chairs in room that you could take onto the beach. Hard work goes into this hotel. Standards are exceptional in my opinion.

Nothing.

Such a lovely place. Great food, amazing location, easy parking, great decoration and plants, clean and very comfortable and cared for. Very "old-school civilised" and calm, the perfect place to completely disconnect, chill, and relax by the sea. Falling asleep to the sounds of the waves is special. Sunset watching, sea swimming, drink sipping. Pool and spa and the Med. Staff are all very helpful and charming and seem to really enjoy seeing happy guests. Media-pension was a good choice this time, and the dishes were great. The bass dish and the orange chocolate cake stood out as did the apple, celery, and goat cheese salad. A go-to choice when I need to relax. Will definitely be back again. Thank you, gracias, diolch.

Leaving.

Great location. Free parking. Right on the beach. Quiet area when we were there at the end of May. A nice walk to the supermarket and discount store. Fuel, carwash, and laundromat. The room was a comfortable size. Beds comfy. Great to have a good size balcony to look out over the complex and beach. Had booked for 2 nights initially and then extended our stay another night.

On our last morning, I was showering and had just started to wash my hair, and the water slowed, went cold, and then stopped. It took a good 5 mins before the water came back on, so I could rinse my hair and finish showering. Expect that other people started to shower, and their rooms had priority re the plumbing. Mentioned to reception what had happened. So don't shower in the mornings if u are on level 2.

Possibly the best hotel I have stayed in. Wonderful location right on the lovely beach. Helpful staff. Clean, good atmosphere. Breakfast was a buffet, and very good. Half board gave a choice of lunch or dinner, which was the same menu for both. Three courses of the set menu (hotel is too small to do a buffet lunch/dinner). Always a meat or fish or veg option. Aspired to being gourmet. The food was Spanish, and I liked it, but I suspect a challenge to some Brits. Clientele wealthy, slim, 80% Spanish. Few smokers. Beach was clean, soft sand. 50m wide. Shallow sea, so warm water. Not crowded (this sandy beach goes on for about 100miles, so plenty of space)

I struggle to think of anything that could inspire a negative comment.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. If only we could have stayed longer but we were passing through. The decor and the facilities were stylish and well thought out. Our room was truly beautiful and they thought of everything that you would need to make your stay comfortable. Our balcony overlooked the beach and although we had torrential rain during our stay I can imagine just how beautiful it would have been if the weather had been better. We also ate in the Restaurant and the food was delicious. We shall certainly return in the future.

Nothing it was all 5 star!

OK, to understand this review in context, you need to know I hate beach resorts. In fact, I loath them. Coming here for a few days during our honeymoon, touring on a motorcycle, was to make sure my partner got her longed-for time by the sea. When we arrived here, I was absolutely ready to dislike it, but that isn't what happened. After a few hours, my mood changed. By the following day, I loved it. It is privately owned and run beautifully. All of the staff (and there are lots of staff) are so polite, kind and helpful one can't help feeling looked after and cared for. Our room was lovely. Spotlessly clean and, despite being literally on the beach, not a single grain of sand on the floor. Everything worked just as it should from the key-card entry to instant hot water and a well fitted out bathroom. Each room had its own beach loungers, beach towels, and parasol that could be taken to the beach, which for us was a nice touch as travelling on a bike we couldn't bring our own. The breakfast was the best we've had on this tour and no expense spared in the quality of the fayre that is available. My partner, who doesn't eat meat, was particularly impressed by the separation of the meat, fish, and vegetarian foods and serving utensils, meaning she could confidently use them. There are several areas that they could economise without really affecting one's experience here. Maybe a grade lower toilet paper, or a towel or two less in the bathroom, but no. Attention to detail is everything, and all for a very, very reasonable price. I really could go on and on about how good this place is, but I think you get the picture.

We loved this place so much that we did try to extend our stay. Unfortunately there were no rooms available.

Location was excellent, had read some reviews highlighting issues with parking, not a problem. What else do you want, on the beach, food good, very relaxing for all the family

Was allocated room at front of hotel, very busy with parking, cars constantly looking for parking in a very small car park. Hotel is not insulated for sound very well, a lot of noise from other rooms, guests in the corridor, cleaners early in the morning

Our stay was exceptional, the room although not large was fine for two. I would have preferred one big bed rather than two separate ones that move apart otherwise they were comfortable. The walk-in shower excellent and the beach and sea view from our balcony was sublime. Everywhere the staff were busy, they seemed always to be doing something with a smile. Breakfast on the outside on the terrace was plentiful with hot and cold choices, even a glass of cava if wanted. The evening meals were tasty and mostly well prepared. The pool is small, but you are right beside the sea. There are towels, deckchairs and a parasol for beach use, whilst the garden has loungers and chairs dotted around it's attractive spots. We would happily return in the future.

Parking can be tricky, even in May. I would prefer one big bed. An option to request a kettle would be nice, I did ask for one before our arrival but was refused. Also a mosquitera on the patio door would be helpful so you can leave the door open at night and hear the sea.

lovely location on the beach, although this meant you had to drive to amenities, which was fine. breakfast was lovely and made extra special by being able to sit next to the beach overlooking the sea.

With the hotel not being close to other amenities, I would have hoped they would have had some entertainment on an evening. Even just a few English TV channels in the room would have been nice :)

+ Location at a stretch of coast that does not have many tall hotels + Nice, modern, very clean rooms (even though I disliked that you cannot manually turn off the balcony lights in the superior rooms, they turn off at 0:00 though) + good quality linen & towels + good value for money (early June)

- Breakfast has high variety but did not surprise with anything - Lunch was not very good - but there is a good restaurant almost next door on the beach - Carrying sun loungers & umbrellas to the beach, I would recommend to store it in a shed in the garden and hand out the stuff there. It’s fine to carry it to the beach - but carrying it from your room is not very comfortable as you also bring loads of sand back to your room
