The location, staff friendliness, good service, the pool, it's really big one. Large rooms, well equipped, good breakfasts, overall vibe, and value for money.

The reception desk that is temporary due to maintenance works but it disrupts especially at arrival The gym is different as far as equipment is concerned from what one can see at the pictures. There is only one atlas, one rack with the set of dumbbells, leg extension/ leg curls machine and two cardio machines, that is all and one AC only which is issue. The water in the pool should be cleaned with the pool vacuum daily.

So happy with my stay here that I extended it for another three nights! The staff is super helpful and kind, and the place is beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything you need! I was very fortunate to get an apartment on the top floor in one of the corners of the blocks with a super cozy balcony where the views are just amazing. The sea on one side and mountain on the other. The view of the property is great too!

Maybe the Wifi could be a little better and the breakfast area could have a more relaxing ambience in regards to music/noise level and lighting.

Great location for us. 10 Euro for taxi from middle of Denia, but there were options fo food and drink near the hotel as well.. Staff were brilliant, very friendly and moved us with no problem when we realised our heating was broken, also gave us complimentary glass of wine. Facilities good including sauna and gym as well as an indoor pool (we couldn't use as we didn't have gear with us. Food was good and plentiful (we paid for included breakfast).

We went out of season when it was relatively quiet, I imagine it could get quite noisy in high season.

Spacious apartments, with everything needed for spending some days in the beach. Very quiet atmosphere (but we were there not in high-season). Air conditioning provided. Very friendly staff in reception during the check-in!

Although some kitchen appliances were new, the fridge was really old, small, and without freezer. We spent 4 nights there and only on the third day did the cleaning services come. As we were about the leave, we asked them to come back in around 30 minutes. They were not happy and did not come back, meaning that in those 4 nights the apartment was never cleaned..

Has everything. Kitchenette and laundry in the large rooms alongside a balcony. Outdoor space was super nice as well, was super helpful that we were allowed to leave our bags behind the desk to suntan for our late ferry as it was an early checkout. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, honestly surprised and impressed. Staff was super friendly and helpful as well

The gym which my partner and I were looking forward to was under renovation which was inconvenient.

Great size apartment with two balconies and air con. Good location, 2 mins to the beach and marina with great bars/restaurants. Good selection for breakfast.

Sadly the spa facility is no longer available. Having said that they don't have it on their website so it's only misleading because a couple of photos of the facilities. Maybe a couple more sachets of coffee and sugar would be nice so no need to buy a jar (obvs coffee available at breakfast but we like to have it early in the morning)

We really enjoyed our stay at Ona Ogisaka. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and we could reach them easily anytime we needed something. The location is also perfect, within 5 minutes walking from the marina area. The apartment itself was well equipped, large, with a comfortable bed, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. There is also a restaurant on site, serving buffet style dinners and breakfast, and we were really impressed by the quality and selection of food available. Thank you in particular to Sylvia, José, and the receptionist who checked us in on arrival (sorry we forgot the name!) - they were all super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks again.

Great resort with pools, really delicious food (buffet style with almost everything you could imagine) and very friendly, helpful and kind staff from the receptionists to the Cuban lady who mixes drinks. Perfect pools for kids.

Beach could be a bit closer and nicer :) The disco that runs about 2-4 days a week right in the middle of the hotel is very loud thought the whole resort and late (23:15 still playing). I know it's Spain but if you want a quiet place in the evening where kids can easily fall asleep, this might be a problem.

The friendliness of the check in staff on arrival who made us feel very welcome. The general ambience of the hotel. It just gave me a warm fuzzy feeling. Its not a flashy pretentious hotel but it feels warm and inviting. The Apartment was fantastic and had a very well equipped kitchenette, with a dining area table and chairs, a lounge area with sofa, bedroom and bathroom. The restaurant was fabulous, very light and airy with modern furniture and decoration again with very friendly efficient staff. There was plenty of food choice for dinner and for breakfast and the quality was very good.

We struggled to find the hotel. The satnav in our hire car gave up trying in the end, we just went round and round in circles. Eventually we had to navigate to it from a map, but once we found it we were suprised to find plenty of parking close to the hotel. As lovely and well equipped as the apartments are, they are also quite tired and could probably do with a lick of paint. The bed was also quite uncomfortable, but that is a personal thing and others might find the comfort perfectly acceptable.

Quaint, quiet, great staff, and hotel room was comfortable - there’s a terrace with 4 chairs and a table with a nice garden and pool view, bedding sheets and pillow cases were fresh and pressed, clean bathroom, kitchen was well equipped with kitchenware, flat screen televisions in the spacious living room and bedroom, and the sofa was comfy. The washer was functional and there is even an outdoor cloth rack to dry the clothes. Breakfast was abundant with a variety of food choices and drinks.
