Absolutely EVERYTHING! From the moment we arrived (very early) the fabulous Receptionist knew my name and guided us into the car park with ease to the moment we left it was an excellent experience. The sparklingly clean interior with its colourful and quirky artwork was a delight to experience. Every single member of staff we met, went above and beyond with kindness and efficiency throughout our stay. Our first stay at Nou Roma was 10 years ago and it is still as wonderful. All Casa Federico premises in Denia ROCK!!! Market leaders without a doubt. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely NOTHING

What a lovely boutique hotel in the old town of Denia. On arrival and throughout staff were excellent. Very attentive. The room was very spacious and decorated to a high standard. We travelled light, but there was so much clothes storage. Bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was also very good. Although we didn’t use the restaurant for evening meal, you could see it must have been popular as it was full. The whole hotel had a lovely feel about it. Very quaint and homely. Would definitely use again. Great value.

In a great position for the old town, which has a great vibe about it. The walk to the port is fairly easy, but for the beaches it is a fair bit further. They stand either side of the port, which is very big. This makes access that bit harder. So it depends what you are visiting for. Beaches not so good, old town and port great.

This is probably the fifth time we’ve stayed at this property. We find the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. A special big Thank you on this trip goes to Virginia, who was so friendly, informative and genuine. The location is excellent just a short walk to the castle as well as many stores and restaurants as well as a street we fondly renamed ‘tapas alley’ It’s about a six minute walk to the waterfront and because it’s over a main road it makes sense to us to just stay in the area the Nou Roma is in. The app plenty of choices for breakfast and the rooms are very clean.

Warm and friendly staff throughout, the hotel was in a very nice setting with easy walks to the town and the beach. We had a meal in the hotel restaurant and the food and presentation was excellent. We only stayed one night and would definitely return.

Whilst we arrived early and understandably the room was not ready, we did check in and the hotel allowed us to park where our room was. We went for a walk until after the check in time and when we came back there was no one at reception. At the time the restaurant was busy, however, and after a few prompts we were left just waiting around for 10-15 minutes just to pick our room key up.

Great location in the Old Town, lovely relaxing place to stay (like an oasis in the middle of Denía), and great staff, especially Virginia who was extraordinarily helpful and took a lot of time to make us feel at home. The breakfast is excellent, and very good value. We didn’t dine there, but heard elsewhere that the restaurant is very good. The two interconnecting courtyards were totally unexpected and are wonderful features - you could spend hours relaxing there. If you like reading, bring a book and sit down there for a couple of hours. We only stayed two nights - the next time we come, we will stay for longer. Also, I was surprised to see on the Web that this is a 3-star hotel - it has 4-star facilities and a 5-star location and service. We felt more at home there (thanks again, Virginia) than in any hotel that we’ve stayed in for a very long time. Highly recommended.

The lady with French, Dutch/Flemish background (sorry forgot her name) at the front desk made us feel really welcome to the hotel. She escorted us to our room and got us a reservation in the restaurant before they closed for lunch, wow, amazing ! The Hotel is very chic and rustic at the same time. Location to the Castle we walked to after dinner with entry $2 EUR per person was fabulous. The room had a small terrace and the room and bathroom had plenty of space. The breakfast was nothing short of wonderful. The restaurant we had Lobster Paella with Sangria and Lemon Meringue and a Torres Brandy with coffee, they even heated the snifter for me, classy.

Nothing, everything impressed us.

A comfortable and well presented hotel in a great location for wandering around the old town area of Denia.

We ate lunch at the hotel restaurant however, the team are probably too efficient. Our main course arrived as our starters were being cleared and both meals were barely warm suggesting that they had been prepared for some time. We told the team that this was unacceptable so they took our plates only to return them hot, but massively overcooked. A rare tuna dish and a rare steak dish now both tough and chewy. We felt that we had to complain again and this time the kitchen cooked us two fresh meals that were delicious. It is a very good restaurant but, on this occasion, the timing from the kitchen spoiled the event.

Lovely boutique hotel in centre of Old town. .very well decorated with lovely large courtyard terrace. Large room with king size comfortable bed. Good sheets, complimentary bottle of water and crisps on arrival. Very good breakfast buffet with large choice of cold meats, cheese, pastries,fruit cereal etc. Some hot choices with eggs cooked to order. Very good value for money in Feb. I did check and a lot more expensive in May.

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed here twice during our holiday - stayed for 3 nights and loved it so much we cancelled a stay at another hotel and returned to Nou Roma! We were upgraded on our return visit and the suite was just stunning. Staff were absolutely lovely cannot express our thanks to them enough for making our stay so memorable. Location is great, rooms really spacious and spotlessly clean and the breakfast is top quality in a beautiful setting. Loved everything about it and will definitely return. Thank you so much.

If you pass through Denia, stay here. You won't regret it. Super rating for Host Birhinia: friendly, elegant, professional and affectionate. And I still haven't been able to say how much it was to stay here. THANK YOU!!
