Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff who all wore matching smart but casual uniforms, which not only made them look good but also very professional. We have stayed here a few times over the years when it was the Gema hotel and since it's refurbishment and relaunch it is now very modern, comfortable and we will definitely be back. Also a fantastic, large private terrace off our room with sofa, chairs and loungers!

Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in my room.

Self service breakfast . We stayed for 3nights and were not offered a cooked breakfast option until the third morning . Wish it had been offerered on the first morning. The hotel is a good 30 minute walk into Moirara but a very plesent walk with bars and sea views. Rooms are clean and comfortable

We booked a table in the restaurant on our first night for 8pm, We went down about 7.45 and told the person in the restaurant our room number and we had a table booked . We ordered 2 Gin and Tonics (30 Euros !) and then we were just left. No menus no your table is ready ...we left and ate in town

With this heat, they must improve the breakfast. e.g. put the cheese on ice so it doesn't melt. Having a little more choice for breakfast. The place was fine. A little outside, very quiet. The pool was great. They could add a few more choices on the menu so you don't have to eat out all the time. On the other hand, their Iberico ham was great. Staff very friendly and hardworking.

For me, the bed cushions were not very comfortable. Maybe add a little blanket because you have to sleep with the air conditioning on and if you're chilly...

Good location clean and with great staff! Breakfast was good with fresh eggs available! Food at Dinner also very good!

We would have liked a change of menu towards the end of the week! Also we couldn’t get Netflix on as there was no English channels available!

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Serewa very much. The location is great and in walking distance to some lovely restaurants. The town of Moraira is only a 5 minute drive away. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and it felt extremely calm. The staff were lovely and very attentive.

The pool area could do with more umbrellas for shade.

Good value for money and quality of services received. Separately, I would like to note the services of the restaurant, very tasty, excellent and fast service of dishes and affordable prices. I highly recommend this!

Comfortable, relaxing spaces, wonderful breakfast, friendly, helpful staff, easy walking to beach front cafes , restaurants , fabulous pool area , spacious shower , We had a fabulous stay in this superb hotel, I highly recommend it if you want all the above ! … Oh, and the parking was easy, Our daughters camper felt right at home ✅

Maybe 1 more coffee machine for breakfast would be beneficial to stop the small queue

Every morning I asked for scrambled eggs. I noticed when I ate it that the eggs were undone, I asked the kitchen lady if she could fry it for a bit longer. Her English was not good so she didn’t understand. Every morning after breakfast I had a really bad stomach, I thought it was because maybe I accidentally drank the water from the tap . One day I decided not to have the half raw scrambled eggs, and my stomach was fine . I’m sure you can understand I did not have that egg ever again. I find it quite upsetting, she was the chef and she basically served all her guests uncooked scrambled eggs food. And there was no staff I could explain it to, as they all spoke broken English

This is a hotel is definitely one in the making. It has not been open very long and some of the facilities were left a little wanting. The gym wasn’t finished of which there was no mention when booking and a lot of the pool sun beds and umbrellas were broken BUT the staff were super friendly and to be honest…. It didn’t really matter. There was still work going on (none of which effect us at all) the hotel was clean and very nice. It was in a great location and I believe new pool equipment had been ordered and they were awaiting its arrival. The glass around the bar area could do with a wash but as I say, overall it didn’t really matter. The breakfasts were great and the lady and young guy were very keen to offer pretty much anything you wanted. We both throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back and am almost looking forward to seeing what has moved on.

Just the fact that the gym was shut still, but we just went out for walks instead
