Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff who all wore matching smart but casual uniforms, which not only made them look good but also very professional. We have stayed here a few times over the years when it was the Gema hotel and since it's refurbishment and relaunch it is now very modern, comfortable and we will definitely be back. Also a fantastic, large private terrace off our room with sofa, chairs and loungers!

With this heat, they must improve the breakfast. e.g. put the cheese on ice so it doesn't melt. Having a little more choice for breakfast. The place was fine. A little outside, very quiet. The pool was great. They could add a few more choices on the menu so you don't have to eat out all the time. On the other hand, their Iberico ham was great. Staff very friendly and hardworking.

For me, the bed cushions were not very comfortable. Maybe add a little blanket because you have to sleep with the air conditioning on and if you're chilly...

Good value for money and quality of services received. Separately, I would like to note the services of the restaurant, very tasty, excellent and fast service of dishes and affordable prices. I highly recommend this!

Extra payment for a use of Spa in a 200 euro pre night hotel is a bit unexpected. Also there is no clear information anywhere about that when you want to book the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Serewa very much. The location is great and in walking distance to some lovely restaurants. The town of Moraira is only a 5 minute drive away. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and it felt extremely calm. The staff were lovely and very attentive.

The pool area could do with more umbrellas for shade.

Self service breakfast . We stayed for 3nights and were not offered a cooked breakfast option until the third morning . Wish it had been offerered on the first morning. The hotel is a good 30 minute walk into Moirara but a very plesent walk with bars and sea views. Rooms are clean and comfortable

We booked a table in the restaurant on our first night for 8pm, We went down about 7.45 and told the person in the restaurant our room number and we had a table booked . We ordered 2 Gin and Tonics (30 Euros !) and then we were just left. No menus no your table is ready ...we left and ate in town

Comfortable, relaxing spaces, wonderful breakfast, friendly, helpful staff, easy walking to beach front cafes , restaurants , fabulous pool area , spacious shower , We had a fabulous stay in this superb hotel, I highly recommend it if you want all the above ! … Oh, and the parking was easy, Our daughters camper felt right at home ✅
