From the moment we arrived at the hotel, staff and the facilities were exceptional. This is a very comfortable, relaxing environment to be able to enjoy any kind of holiday, there are very cosy and comfortable areas to relax in the lobby. For me personally I enjoyed being able to unwind and enjoy both rest and being able to go out and do activities and day trips. The swimming pool is really nice and there was always enough sun beds around it. The food is also very good and the staff were always kind and helpful. Very nice rooms. Thank you.

The taxis in Denia are not reliable however if you speak to the hotel staff they will organise a booking and have priority bookings with the company. The buses although only hourly were very reliable.

Beautiful villa with gardens, pool and decking outside, plus free onsite parking. Inside there are two cosy lounges and a bar & restaurant. Service is excellent and all staff very friendly and helpful. The service from Alex is particularly fabulous! We had a room with sea view. Location is in upmarket residential area close to the rocky / pebbled sea shore, where there is a long promenade right into Denia (50 mins walk) passing by some restaurants.

This is our second time in a Superior Double with sea view - this time the room was quite small with strange set up where a large wardrobe contained only the TV (no hanging space) and next to it was an ‘open wardrobe’ frame for hanging… Poor look and design in this part of the room - the rest of the room was very nice, with lovely view out of Juliet balcony windows! The first room we had a couple of years ago was super.

The receptionists and the hotel staff were excellent. Carolina, Anna, and the other girl, i can't remember her name, at breakfast, were always welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of sun beds and the swimming pool was clean. If you want a relaxing holiday i can definitely recommend it.

The hotel is a bit remote, and trying to get a taxi back in the evening is difficult.

The breakfast was excellent location was a bit out of the way to get into Denia had to use a lot of taxis as too far to walk wasn’t worth renting a car.

Air conditioning was poor had to complain a number of times as the room was roasting I heard other guests had complained engineer apparently brought in to fix bug made no difference at all. Also felt a bit of an alien with the Spanish staff

The charming old style hotel is filled with interesting decor. Very clean and updated bedrooms although matress could be improved upon.We chose a sea facing room and glad we did as the back rooms would be noisy as on the road. The pool is enormous and the property has good parking and well located. The food at the restaurant was excellent and Alex was not only the perfect maitre d'hotel but knowledgeable and about all the good wines. Highly recommended andwill be back

The look of the hotel was excellent, and the external decor was very fresh. Parking facilities were good, and the room itself was faultless. The pool was perfect, a decent length with marked lanes, so I was able to have a proper swim workout, which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel. Food was varied and excellent. It was a very quiet weekend so there weren’t too many other guests, but that suited me as it was a last minute getaway to allow me to switch off for a few days and just relax. It was only a very short walk to the sea too, and from there, a long, but very flat walk into Denia.

Maybe the soundproofing between rooms could be improved.

Good room, very clean. Beds comfortable. Very helpful service. Slippers provided necessary due to slippy floors. Buffet Breakfast was very fresh and nicely presented, freshly squeezed OJ and lots of fruit have seen wider selection but given it was a quieter time of year and number of guests was low this is to be expected. Plenty to eat and sufficent choice for most people.

Nothing bad but in the spirit of offering suggestions perhaps at breakfast a better selection of cereals perhaps (more low sugar high fibre options) and when low turnover scrambled eggs became a little old. Food in main restaurant was good but too rich. Restaurant was too late opening for us No tea and coffee but provided kettle when asked Tv old and service limited but didnt use. A hdmi or google chrome would ease this without having to replace tv

A continental style Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice on a pleasant terrace. The hotel is a great place for rest & relaxation with a very nice pool. The hotel even has a bicycle garage which is ideal for cyclists looking to explore.

Nothing to not like.

Very well appointed room with good view out towards the Med and the swimming pool. Very peaceful ambience with comfortable lounge area leading through to an excellent restaurant

I would have expected provision of at least one english speaking news channel on the TV.

This small hotel (33 rooms) is beautifully presented and well cared for with lots of unusual art. The gardens are beautiful and you could be in the Caribbean! The staff are helpful and everywhere is very clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Lots of sun beds around the pool. We had room 108 overlooking the pool with a huge terrace. Perfect for a short getaway.

The car park Is very small. The hotel was not full whilst we were there and I can imagine it could be difficult to park when it is.
