The facility is nice and original, with nice patios and nice renovated facilities in the room. The owners are a lovely, hard-working and kind dutch couple. Nice people. Breakfast is very good and includes even a fresh squeezed orange juice. You feel like being a local living in a nice village (Bellreguard). The price you pay for that is quite cheaper than in the beach area. Congrats for that accomplishment. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast for solo travelers, digital nomads, couples or groups of friends that want to relax and stay away from the Gandía beach busy area.

AC is missing in the room (which was not a problem for me but can be for other guests). If you come by car, you can park for free near the area, but at least 600m away from the property. Without a car, it would be difficult to get easily to the B&B.

I arrived expecting a room but realised I also had a wonderful house to make myself comfortable in. The room was very clean with a seperate bathroom area, situated on the ground floor of a recently renovated town house. There is a large lounge area and a cool patio for relaxing. The breakfast is included and is adjacent at another patio area. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, making this a great choice to explore the area. My booking was for 3 nights as I am working online as I travel and the wifi here is exceptional. Many thanks to Colinda and Carlos for being excellent hosts.

The room can get very hot if the blind is not down, but that is to be expected.

Very friendly hosts, great kitchen facilities, comfy (if squeeky) bed. It's only a small town so easy to park on the street. Lovely little town, very welcoming. Nice bars and great value restaurants. Pub Harley a favourite.

There was only a partition between the bedroom and en-suite, no door. It didn't bother us for one minute, however, might not be to everyone's taste. Very clean and well decorated.

Traffic noise from the street but it didn't matter much as we were so tired. The room heater was very bright - gave off as much light as leaving a room light on.

Lovely couple running the B&B. Very much details in the decoration, construction. I felt very homy and they welcomed me so nicely. They from the Netherlanda, i am from Germany and all living in Spain. We have so much in common and had lovely talks. Keep in touch and will come back for sure.
